"I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to create reservations on your website. I am bringing my family to your town for a few nights and need different room styles/sizes for different family members. I became quite frustrated when the website would continuously not allow me to choose different room types - if I selected one, it defaulted all of the rooms to that type. I tried several things and nothing worked. So I called your hotel and explained that I was having trouble with your website and asked for help with my reservation. Your clerk, a man, asked which site I was using. I answered that it was your own website, not a third-party site. Ok, that was good. Then he asked what it was I was trying to accomplish and I explained that when I travel with my family, I typically have the option on your site to select different room sizes for the different family members and that option was not happening today. He said, "Well, how about just making one reservation and then make more?" I said, "Can't you just help me make reservations?" And he said, "Well I would really recommend that you go back to the site and make each room reservation separately." So in essence, no he will not help me. If that doesn't take the cake! This guy spent half as much time sending me away than if he would have just made the reservations! Needless to say, we will not be giving this hotel our business. If they treat you like this when you are trying to give them business, imagine what it is like when you get there and have already paid!"
