Sterling Mount Abu ★★★★

"This was my fifth visit to Sterling Mount Abu. I simply had to write this review; while I have stayed there in the past—drawn by the location, hygiene standards, and service—I felt compelled to share my experience this time because of the exceptional care shown to my child. The restaurant staff—specifically Mr. Gaganbhai, Chef Yogeshbhai, Hemu, and Pandeyji—paid meticulous attention to every one of my child's needs.Cultural programme is also excellent they also train my child."

The Plum Mount Abu ★★

"" The Plum Mount Abu" was formerly under a different management and a different name known as "Dharmaji Paradise)".Situated in Janta colony approximately 800 meters from landmark 3-star Shereaton Hotel on the the Main Bus stand road of Mount Abu. Checked into " Room No 16" on the first floor, self contained with Split A/ C and double bed/ bathe. Neat and cosy room . Polo ground and Nakki lake is approximately 2 Km walking distance from "Plum Mount Abu.During my stay the hotel was undergoing a change of ownership as well as structural renovations ."

Hotel Hilltone ★★★★

"I booked my stay at this hotel primarily because of their explicit assurance that a temperature-controlled swimming pool was available and operational. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a complete misrepresentation. Upon arrival, I was informed that the swimming pool was temporarily shut down for maintenance. Had the management been honest beforehand, I would have chosen another property. Misleading guests just to secure a booking is completely unacceptable for a brand of this stature. To make matters worse, the hygiene and housekeeping standards in the room were abysmal: Unsanitary Housekeeping: Fresh bath towels were placed directly on top of the toilet commode lid—a shocking breach of basic hygiene. Pest Issues: The room had mosquitoes, making the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. This stay fell far short of basic expectations, let alone premium hospitality standards. I strongly advise potential guests to verify all advertised amenities directly and inspect room hygiene thoroughly before checking in. A very disappointing experience."
