The hotel location is good but the cleanliness and room services were not good No curtain blocks the sun

Good location and convenience to go everywhere. Room is very clean with daily cleaning service.

Efficient and friendly service at the front desk. I got a room right by the elevators, which wasn't great, and it sounded like someone was bouncing a soccer ball against the adjoining wall for most of my stay, but the room itself was clean. Google cast wasn't working properly. Hotel is centrally located but the area immediately around it is pretty dead, so it would've been nice if the tuck shop was open a little bit later (was closed when I returned for the night at 8PM).

Overall nice staying at the hotel. The only inconvenience is the self laundry at the adjacent block and require coins to operate. Will be good if the front desk can reserve some coins for exchange with guests who need to use the self laundry service

Wassim and the team looked after us very well. Early check in and late checkout was amazing too. Very good price for location and service

It was my first time in Montreal, and I had no idea where it was. I booked the hotel based on reviews. I arrived at the hotel very late. It was near downtown Montreal, which was OK. Parking was 35 Canadian dollars a night, which was a bit expensive, and it was deducted directly from the pre-authorization.

The room was OK, but there were no slippers or other supplies. It was quite convenient to travel because I had a car. If I wanted to eat Chinese food, I had to walk a distance. The hotel did not have free parking, and the parking fee was 35 Canadian dollars.

The location is very good, right in the city center, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. The hotel room is also good, with a capsule coffee machine and a microwave, but no electric kettle😂 There is an underground parking garage, which is charged, 33 Canadian dollars before tax🔪
