Neptune beach resort is actually one of the best hotels we have stayed in . From arrival till leaving it was a dream stay … I have. Never met such amazing staff ll Caleb at reception is the most helpful and caring staff member that went above and beyond to make mine and my grandpas stay comfortable…….grandpa took poorly and Caleb always made sure the doctor was called , Caleb would always be first on hand if he seen grandpa struggling with his mobility offering a wheelchair to use . through this hotel the staff where the friendliest there is . the rooms where throughly cleaned and comfortable, the food was lovely plenty of choice and plenty of it no faults …. Nothing is ever to much for the staff . The swimming pool was large and nice there where towels and sun loungers always available . entertainment team were great . A few steps to the most dreamiest of beaches …… I will be returning !! The staff make this hotel amazing.

Hôtel à taille humaine entouré par un magnifique jardin. A 1/2 heure de l'aéroport. J'avais réservé une chambre avec vue océan. Elles sont un peu plus grandes que les autres avec un balcon. Elles sont très propres avec une bonne literie et une moustiquaire. Il y a un petit réfrigérateur et une clim, pas bruyants, ce qui n'est pas négligeable. 1 bouteille d'eau chaque jour ainsi qu'un nécessaire pour se faire un café ou un thé. Le wifi gratuit partout est de bonne qualité. Il y a toujours des transats libres autour de la piscine et dans le jardin. La plage directe d'accès est très propre. Il y a plusieurs bars et le service est rapide. La vue de la terrasse du restaurant est magnifique. La nourriture est très bonne et variée. L'ensemble du personnel est souriant et très agréable. Les animateurs lookéa, tous adorables, proposent sans insister de nombreuses activités. Il y a chaque soir, un petit spectacle proposé par les kenyans. Pas de discothèque mais on peut danser jusqu'à 23 h en prenant un verre autour de la piscine. Le seul bémol, c'est de ne pas pouvoir garder la chambre après midi, même en payant. Il y a bien une salle pour les valises, mais il faut s'y prendre tôt pour avoir une chambre de courtoisie.

I decided to take a walk to the facility in Mombasa and probably consider a booking. On arriving, the guard gave me a weird look and asked where I was heading to. I told him and he refused to open the gate. He chased me and uttered some words. I understood it's because I didn't come in driving. Went to the next facility where will spending 4 nights. The customer service there is top-notch and the place is full. Do such hotels understand what they lose with poorly trained staff at the point of entry? One of these days I would like to meet one of the directors of Neptune and ask him qualifications of accessible Neptune. That name all inclusive should be out to action

Die Zimmer sind klasse, gross, sauber, AC funktioniert prima. Das Essen wiederholt sich leider alle 3 Tage--- eher durchschnittlich gut aber nicht herausragend. Lage top, direkt am Strand. Die Angestellten alle sehr ! lieb und freundlich , erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Allerdings das Publikum eine Katastrophe---- soviele dicke und häßliche Leute auf einem Fleck, unglaublich---man kann wirklich nicht rechts oder links schauen. Sehr viele Franzosen.....Tagsüber totale DJ Beschallung, immer laut, die Musikboxen bis zum Anschlag laut. Also wer es mag, bitte. Aber mit Ruhe und Romantik hat das gar nichts zu tun !!!!! Ehrlich gesagt, einmal und nie wieder !!!!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel, qui est vraiment très propre, Un accueil irréprochable, tout le personnel très souriant. La piscine est à proximité de la mer, il y a toujours des transats disponibles, de l’ombre du soleil. La nourriture est excellente, et malgré le petit buffet, non répétitive. Il y a toujours de la place pour manger Face à la mer, quel bonheur !

L'hôtel, de taille humaine, est situé au bord d'une grande plage et dispose d'un personnel souriant et aimable. Ma chambre était munie des éléments de confort indispensables. Quant à la nourriture, elle n'a suscité de ma part aucune critique. Enfin, merci à l'équipe TUI, notamment à Sandy pour l'aide qu'elle m'a apportée. Que demander de plus?

Le Neptune Beach Resort est un bel hôtel, idéal pour passer des bonnes vacances ! Le Jardin est grand, le personnel est adorable, la vue sur mer du restaurant est inoubliable. Sur la plage, il y a des locaux avec lesquels vous pouvez faire des excursions notamment Philip et Sadik. Ils sont très gentils et fiables.
