我們那天到酒店有點晚，酒店外面連個燈都沒有，巨黑，第二天早上吃早飯，早飯到九點，我們八點多去的，好多東西都沒有了。問服務員就説沒飯了，前台服務巨差。連個人話都不會説

酒店挺新的，房間也乾淨，智能化。配套設施不夠完善，温泉也不能用，距離鎮上有2公里。因為自駕車不能進來，衹能坐觀光車，離觀光車站點也有800米，還得等車，很不方便。不得不吐槽早餐，作為景區內唯一一個四星級酒店，早餐太差了，我就喝了杯牛奶加兩個雞蛋，本來還盛了碗蛋炒飯，吃了兩口，真的難吃。希望酒店方面重視起來，別讓遊客失望！

We arrived at around 6:30 pm and the front desk said there was no dinner, the hair dryer in the room was broken, the air conditioner was always at 25 degrees, the comb was soft and not dry, the vermicelli was hard, and the breakfast was a mess and super unpalatable!
