"Location: 5/5 Good, close to the city center and surrounded by restaurants. A few blocks from the hotel is a minimart with a ton of souvenirs. Service: 5/5 Good. They upgraded my room, but I deducted a point because the free airport shuttle isn't available for all bookings. If you book a room without a window, you can't request this service, but Trip doesn't mention it, which is a misunderstanding. However, the hotel helped me by offering a ride back to the hotel, but only at the hotel's designated time (the time I met other guests). This was a great solution and saved me money. Additional Recommendation #1: The restaurant across from the hotel, to the right, serves Sichuan-style food (decorated in yellow and red). The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and the portions are huge. Additional Recommendation #2: There's a bar on the right-hand side if you're facing the hotel. It has a great vibe and is chill and inexpensive."

"The accommodation is conveniently located next to Songyuan. Parking is easy for those driving, and you can contact the owner for a train station pick-up. The owner and his wife are straightforward, forthright, and welcoming. You can hang laundry outside on the dam. Because it rained and I didn't return in time, the owner's wife took the initiative to collect the laundry. Since Mohe's attractions are scattered, you can hire the owner's car for a tour without having to stay overnight in Beiji Village. (In my opinion, there's a 68 yuan entrance fee and a 30 yuan bus ride, though the service is excellent. Beihong Village is more pristine.) Driving into the Greater Khingan Forest is more enjoyable. Be sure to bring plenty of power banks when you're in the Greater Khingan Forest, as the signal in the forest is very poor, with no internet or telecom coverage."

The only minor drawback is that it's still undergoing some renovations, but I'm confident it will continue to improve.
