設施：設備齊全，房間挺寬敞的
衞生：地面，床鋪仔細檢查了一下都很乾凈，衞生間也乾乾淨淨的
環境：我們房間靠馬路邊，但是隔音效果挺好的，不會吵，而且房間暖氣很足，冬天很暖和
服務：房東人很好，給我們升級了房間
