📍 Via de S. Pellegrino, 11, Moena

"Our family of 8, ages 5-73, stayed for 6 nights during the Olympics. It was an ideal experience: good location in a charming ski town, panoramic mountain views from the rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast, very nice pool, and super convenient to the ski bus. We enjoyed 2 dinners at the hotel and appreciated being able to walk to the village for shopping and other restaurants. Covered parking was a bonus during a big snow storm. Would definitely recommend."

📍 Strada De Moene Nr. 67, Moena

"Lovely homely hotel in beautiful Moena. Very welcoming place with excellent food and warm animation. Breakfast and dinner were abundant and varied with delicious food. Rossana was an excellent guide for our treks, planning daily routes carefully and suggesting other possible ones when we felt like going to different places, truly commendable! Rocco provided light hearted entertainment in the evenings. This is really the place to come back to!"

"Great little hotel in the middle of town. Check in and out was easy. Bed comfortable, and room clean. Can’t comment on breakfast as we left too early to have breakfast. I would definitely stay here again."

Sport Hotel S. Vigilio ★★★
"Sport Hotel San Vigilio, Moena, L Vial 23 38035. from 28/01/2024 -02/02/2024 Early morning of 29/30th January 2024, I could hear a scratching on top of my head, this awoke me with anxiety and was wondering what it could be. By 06:00am I could stand it no longer and went downstairs to reception to complain, but also was in need of a hot drink to calm my anxiety. There was a notice board on the reception desk saying that in an emergency to call a mobile number. As it was already 6am I did not call the number but waited till breakfast time at 09:00am to explain to Davide of my disturbance during the night.I was told they were aware of the noise and it was the pump from the hydrotherapy pool which was above my room ( room number 300). I explained I knew the difference between an electrical equipment/ pump noise to a scratching sound. By Tuesday evening my cousin did not come to supper as he was feeling unwell. I also was not able to eat most of my meal through feeling nauseous. Not feeling well,I went to my room. From a group of 7 of us 6 became ill with gastroenteritis. Other guests in the hotel became ill with gastroenteritis also. We were told it was a virus. If that was the case certain precautions should have taken place to protect the guests. On Thursday I complained again on the scratching noise to Davide , proprietor( I had not been able to leave my room form being unwell with gastroenteritis, snce the Tuesday evening.) He came to room 300 to inspect and I told him exactly where the noise was coming from. He made no comment. I was being kept awake from the early hours of the morning till, 06;00 am,07;00 am. No facilities to get a warm drink during the long awakened nights. No apologies, as far as management was concerned it was the pump, I believe it to be a mouse."

Active Alm Hotel ★★★★
"I spent 1 week at this hotel with my girlfriend and another couple given the nice reviews and photos. Already upon arrival the perception is that of being in a different structure compared to the hotel booked online, tiny and dark reception, small rooms with open bathroom. The thing that disappointed us the most is the service. Having a dog with us we were rightly placed with a table in the bar area, this area is looked after by a waitress who proved to be surly and incompetent. At our table there were 2 celiacs to whom she repeatedly recommended lactose-free and non-gluten foods. I will leave aside the answers and ways that I consider less serious compared to possible damage to health. This serious fact was reported to reception where we were told "you have to ask the maitre, the waiters can get confused", an unacceptable response in my opinion. In short, a 4-star hotel that still has a lot to grow. The “spa” is little more than a pool with 2 saunas and 1 glass Turkish bath at the edge of the pool, not separated from the family and children area. The food is of poor quality, the buffet features unseasoned vegetables thrown into various containers and little else."

Leading Relax Hotel Maria ★★★★
"We stayed at the Hotel Maria for 3 nights in the middle of a larger trip. I don't normally write reviews, but we had such a good experience I that I felt I should. The hotel was absolutely lovely throughout. The staff were excellent and very helpful, the food was delicious with a huge amount of choice especially at breakfast. Rooms were very well appointed and beds comfortable. The spa was a particular highlight! Would definitely recommend. "

"This hotel is warm and inviting. I love all the wooden decor! The staff are welcoming and friendly. Location is ideal, right in town. Because of the comfortable bed and pillows, my son and I slept well the entire time. Clean room, temperature was perfect and we had hot water the entire time. "We stayed at this hotel the night before going to the spa. Very close to the center of Moena, the room was nice but very warm. The hotel was quiet, the staff were helpful, but you can make do with anything you want with the automatic key. Breakfast was good, with pastries, bread, and savory croissants... I even found a soy drink."
