"We have just returned from a lovely week’s holiday in Villas Srebreno with Jet 2 holidays. We had a gorgeous 2 bedroomed apartment in a villa with a lovely view of the sea and the gardens. Both bedrooms are en-suite and maid service every day with clean towels daily if needed which was fab. Guests can use the facilities next door at the posh Sheraton hotel for no extra cost which we thought was great! This includes the outdoor and indoor pools, sun-loungers round the pool and beach towels. Please note it does not include the Sheraton sunloungers on the beach, the apartment guests have to pay to rent them, they are only complementary for Sheraton hotel guests. Same with the spa. Check in and out is all done at the Sheraton and the staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. We enjoyed hiring a paddle board (€15) and pedalo (€8) but next time we go definitely a jet ski! We also had a cloudy day which gave us a chance to take the short walk to the abandoned hotels of Kupari which is worth a visit for the urban explorers and doesn’t cost anything. In Srebreno there’s clean play areas for children in the park and nice places to eat, Vertigo and Supertar were our faves but we did venture into the Sheraton hotel restaurant a couple of times aswell. For anyone self catering, it can be difficult to find anywhere that does a decent cooked breakfast apart from the Sheraton but it can be costly to eat there (€24pp for buffet breakfast) and eating out in the evening we opted for mainly pizza and pasta as many meat and fish dishes were around €30pp in the local restaurants and for 3 of us it would have been really costly. The beach is beautiful with clear water but it’s stony so take beach shoes. Another point is that some of the apartments are directly over the restaurant Supertar and it would be noisy in the evening. We travelled with our daughter so we were glad to be in one of the apartments set back from the front. There is an abandoned hotel directly behind the apartments which we assumed was being renovated but we had no noise or disruption while we were there and it added to the character of the place. Overall, beautiful apartment and great location 20 mins from the airport in a classy, quiet and family friendly resort. We will be back again."

"Overall it is up to Hilton standards, but it is a bit far from the ancient city. Maybe because of the distance, there is free parking. The outdoor pool was a little cold for the kids this season, but the indoor small pool and spa were quite nice. This is not a beach, it's all pebble beach, not really suitable for playing in the water, but it's OK for a stroll at night"

"I have just returned from a wonderful weekend in Croatia and my stay at Villa Mirjana helped made the experience wonderful. Now, first impressions wasn't what I was expecting. We got a cab from the Dubrovnik airport (don't make the same mistake as me and get a cab from inside the airport. We were charged 40 Euro and we found out an Uber is 15 Euro) and were greeted with a construction site next door, where they seem to be building a new hotel/villa. We were then met by the owners mum, who was an elderly lady who had trouble communicating (she was very sweet). We arrived at midday, 4 hours too early, so we were hoping to drop our bags and go out to enjoy the beautiful weather. Luckily the room was ready and they gave us the keys, very nice of them! There are a lot of steps from the entrance to all the rooms, so not ideal for anyone that struggles with stairs. The room, well, what can I say, it was lovely. Slightly old fashioned, but it had everything you need to make your stay comfortable and was very clean. We also had a lovely private terrace, where we enjoyed a few late evenings enjoying the view with a glass of wine. The pool, we enjoyed an hour in the pool and it is great. Its only a small pool, but the view looking over the Mlini coast is breath taking. The pool is located outside two rooms, so I'm not sure if this would cause an inconvenience for those rooms. Location, the villa is about 15-20 minutes outside of Dubrovnik. You can either use Uber, which costs between 10-15 Euro, depending on how busy it is, or you can grab a bus from the top of the hill for 5 Euro. The busses seem to run every 30-45 minutes and we managed to use them easily enough. Mlini itself is absolutely beautiful! There are several beach locations that can utilised. Some that are surrounded by restaurants and bars and some that relatively private. The beaches are not sand, but stones, so i would suggest bringing some footwear that can be worn to access the sea. There are a number of restaurants, id say 5-6, that are close to the villa. We used 3 of them for breakfast and dinner. The food is lovely and plentiful, but the prices are not cheap. A breakfast will cost between 15-25 Euros. A dinner will cost 80-100 Euro. Overall, a lovely villa, lovely location, lovely beaches, lovely restaurants, just lovely and we will be returning!"

"Apartments Villa Enzian comfort. It is of superb quality 5*****. It is impeccably clean. Maria was very helpful and informative for all our requirements. On a day with a high temperature of 34C, it was appreciated to receive fantastic consideration, a cool white wine, and cold drinks in the fridge upon arrival. The accommodations for four individuals were exceptional, with two suites and a third bathroom located in the hallway. At night, the air conditioning in the bedrooms was quiet and life-saving when set on silent mode, while it was also quiet during daylight hours. The beds are both clean and comfortable. The living room is spacious and spacious, and the patio doors allow access to a stunning seaview with a view of the beach. Sipping wine on the veranda at night and watching the sun set was something we thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen is of high standard with all the utensils that you need. The patio doors also open onto the veranda. I would have preferred a washing machine instead of a dishwasher when staying over seven nights, but there was no need because the towels were changed during our stay. The villa is elevated on a hill, like most villas in Croatia, to take advantage of the sea views. Although the steps to Croatia's beaches are challenging, they are worth the effort. The bakery and convenience store are easily accessible by walking, and there is a safe traffic light crossing to the beach across the road. The 10 or 16 bus service to Dubrovnik is available for 3 euros and takes about 15 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apartments Villa Enzian comfort"
