"The room was spacious, making it easy to open large suitcases. There's a big public bath and a laundry room, and breakfast was good. The room was quiet and peaceful. The hotel is right across from the station; you just take the pedestrian bridge down and you're there. If you have luggage, though, you'll need to take the elevator on the left side of the bridge down to street level, cross the zebra crossing, and then you're at the hotel. We visited in March when the plum blossoms were in full bloom. You can walk from the hotel through the station to Kairakuen Garden and then take the train back."

"We stayed here for my daughter's exam. We were able to stay comfortably as they accommodated our request for a quiet room. There was also a convenience store, so it was convenient to bring lunch for the day. The twin room had separate washrooms and bathtubs, and what surprised me about the stay was that the shower was a refa. My skin was smooth until the next day. The breakfast was delicious, and I was able to take the coffee back to my room. I'd like to stay here again when I visit Mito for sightseeing. Good luck to the new staff member I spoke to at check-out."

"This was probably my third time staying at this APA Hotel, and I almost always stay here when I visit Mito. The room feels a little old, but the TV is large and the refrigerator is relatively large for a business hotel. They offer services you won't find at other hotels, such as a welcome beer for 200 yen, a foot bath, and an oxygen capsule. Above all, the breakfast is very satisfying. The parking lot is small, so if you're checking in late, it might be cheaper to use the nearby coin parking lot's overnight rate."

"It seems to be an old hotel that has been renovated, and the area around the reception doesn't feel old, but the room facilities are old. However, it's not far from the station, and I think it's a reasonable hotel."

"We checked in in August 2025. When booking, there were no "non-smoking" rooms available, so we booked a "smoking" room. The room smelled awful, the lighting was terribly dim, and apart from the toilet, the entire room reeked of smoke. When we asked the front desk if they could help us change rooms, they said there were no other non-smoking rooms available. We had booked two nights, and they wouldn't let us check out or get a refund for the second night. The hotel's handling of the situation was very passive. For us non-smokers, staying in such a room was torture. My son had a headache and slept with a mask on, while I felt nauseous all night. We checked out as soon as it was light the next morning and moved out of that awful room. Why are smoking allowed in hotel rooms? It's unbelievable! Aren't they afraid of causing a fire? I advise non-smokers: even if you can't book a "non-smoking" room, don't force yourself to stay in a "smoking" room."

"It's the worst. I've never experienced such a bad experience. The carpet on the floor was stained and had hair and small pieces of debris in it. The duvet was also stained and I don't feel like using it. The bathroom was full of mold and the water pressure in the shower was so low I didn't feel like taking a shower. The reception staff were also rude. I ended up staying at the last minute and regretted choosing a cheap hotel. I wish I had changed hotels, even if it meant wasting money."
