"The hot spring was fantastic, with many pools and beautiful landscaping. The best part was that it felt like we had the place to ourselves; there weren't many people soaking when we were there. There was also a fireworks display during our summer visit. You can reserve the free shuttle bus via email, which is a great bonus. Breakfast and lunch are included. Right across the street from the hotel, in the middle of the bridge, there's a free foot bath. The staff were also very good. However, on our first day, I almost got caught in one of the elevators; it was quite dangerous."

"Since we traveled using public transportation, the hotel's location wasn't the best, but the shuttle service to the station made it not too inconvenient. The room was spacious enough for three people and was very clean and well-maintained. All the staff were friendly, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable trip, and both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The hot spring water was also well-maintained, clean, and of excellent quality. Thanks to this, we had a wonderful trip, and I would love to visit Tottori again just to enjoy this hotel. I also want to enjoy the Kaiseki dinner again!"

"The room, food, bath, and service were all excellent. There were a few disappointing things. There was a stink bug when I opened the curtains in the room. The ventilation fan in the toilet wasn't working. Other than these two things, I have no complaints! It was a wonderful stay!"

"Very traditional, authentic Japanese hot spring hotel. The hotel environment is a bit historical. Since I had already referenced the pictures online in advance, I didn't expect too much. The dinner buffet was rich, but breakfast was not lost. But more than 95% of hotels are Japanese, so non-foreign tourists will be the first choice hotel. So you can enjoy it. If the price includes one night and two meals. Basically good value for money. In addition the hot spring is very comfortable, the interior facilities are plentiful. Outdoor bathing is superior to indoor, less cramped. Since you can't take pictures, you can refer to the hotel website to see the relevant pictures."

"The hotel is relatively large for Sanchao Township, but the room we stayed in wasn't very big. It was for two adults and two children, and included breakfast and dinner, costing a little over 3,000 yuan – about mid-range. I booked the hotel because it had direct access to the hot springs. The hot spring pools had nice scenery and the water temperature was just right. However, the service lacked attention to detail. Children's bathrobes were charged separately, and it's best to bring your own water bottle when soaking in the hot springs, as there are no water dispensers inside. If you want to rehydrate while soaking, you have to get dressed and go outside to find a water fountain, which is quite inconvenient. There's also potable spring water available at the entrance, but it has a rusty taste and isn't very palatable, so not many people use it."

"To collect commemorative stamps from Conan's Tottori trip, we arranged a visit to Misasa Onsen. [Convenient Transportation] Take a bus from Kurakishi Station and get off at "Onsen Kankan Anaisho-mae" (Onsen Tourist Information Center). It's a short walk from there. The hotel offers one night's accommodation with two meals included; the service was good, and the food was also quite nice. Upon arrival, we were caught in a downpour, and stepping into the entrance completely soaked, the staff immediately informed us that they would take care of our shoes and dry them the next morning—we were so grateful! A tranquil night in the mountains."

"The hotel has a historic feel, and the rooms were generally clean and tidy, although the bathroom felt a bit old and dirty. Dinner and breakfast times are selected at check-in. We wanted to go to the pool before dinner, but it closed at 5:30 pm, which disappointed the children. We didn't mind not using the onsen (hot spring), but there was an extra 100 yen "onsen tax" per person at check-out? The restaurant staff were very friendly; knowing we didn't speak Japanese, they found a Chinese-speaking staff member to help us. The food was plentiful, refills were quick, and each person had a small stove to cook rice, seafood, and hot pot – it was quite fun. The buffet breakfast was decent. Aside from the room rate being more than double the usual price, the overall experience was quite good."
