"We have traveled a lot nationally and internationally, we have never been in such an unspeakably vile hotel. Torn window screens should have been a clue. Filthy stained mattresses. Dodgy wiring. Wonky a/c. Disgusting fridge. Chairs with a hi knows what on them. We left. We told them way and asked for our money back. They said no. We are pursuing that. We didn’t use the room. The finally straw was the bug crawling across the filthy carpet. DO NOT GO. Just sleep in your car, or on a bench. Gross. And they don’t care!"

I checked out at 1st Dec , until now I didn’t get any refund. I called them four times but they always said wait , and in the last time they even hang up my phone. They steal me more than 60 USD, how can I get my money back? thief hotel!"
