There is no one to carry your luggage in this hotel. No one paid attention when we checked in. We had to do it ourselves. When we left, there was a waiter at the main entrance but he just watched us carry our luggage into the car. How strange! The waiter's English is relatively poor.
The room is quite big but the lighting is dim and a bit old.
Dinner and breakfast were very good. The scenery is also very impressive. It's a ten-minute drive to Janohire Outdoor Resort, where activities include dolphin training and horseback riding. It takes another ten minutes to reach the Naruto Whirlpool Tourist Terminal.
This hotel is actually good, but the customer service rating could be improved a bit.

To be honest, I was a little nervous when I saw such a low rating when booking the hotel, but it was great after I checked in. The hotel has a great location, first-class views, and exquisite interior design. The arches and square windows at the end of the corridor are simply a landscape painting. The hot spring bath has very good water quality. It is beautiful to soak in the hot spring and watch the sunset. The bathing pool in the room is also very comfortable. The downside is that the dressing area of the large bath does not seem to match the bathing pool. The dressing area of such a large internal and external bathing pool is not spacious enough. The food and beverage volume is too large, and it would be a pity if I couldn't eat it. The desserts are excellent! The lounge provides free Awaji Island milk, and also considerately puts a microwave oven, and carefully tells me to heat it at 600W for one minute. I hope to have the opportunity to stay again next time

The location is in a high mountain and transportation is inconvenient. Self-driving travel is possible. There are no restaurants nearby - Tomari is the best. The view is excellent. You can clearly see Naruto Bridge from the room or the open-air hot spring. The buffet breakfast is rich.

The most enjoyable accommodation experience on this trip~
The hotel is located on the mountain, the traffic is really inconvenient. According to the map, I took the bus to the station closest to the hotel. It was relatively rural, and I couldn’t get a car. I had to walk 2.8 kilometers. The key was the climbing section. It was really hard to drag the suitcase. After arriving at the hotel, I found that there was a shuttle bus to Fuliang, but I only sent it there. When I returned to the hotel, I had to take a taxi by myself. However, Fuliang is a small town, so it’s no problem to call a taxi, so next time you come, you can take public transportation to Fuliang and then take a taxi. hotel!
Room: clean, good view, opposite Naruto Bridge, great view~
The breakfast is also rich~
The service is really good!

It was my first stay. The location, service and staff were excellent.
I also really liked the quality of the hot spring water in the large public bath. However, I understand that there are many insects because it is on the sea side and in the mountains, but when I took a bath in the morning, there were quite a lot of insects floating in the open-air bath. I was a little disappointed.

The staff are courteous and the environment is clean, but since we didn't make a hotel dinner reservation, we didn't expect that there were no restaurants nearby, and the hotel restaurant said it was full all night, so we couldn't provide dinner! Fortunately, the hotel staff helped to find a restaurant that can be 10 minutes away by car! Otherwise, you will really be hungry all night!

A nice, spacious hotel. Built during the Bubble Era, everything is luxurious. Having tea at the coffee shop next to the front desk makes you feel like you're spending a truly luxurious time. It's nice that there's a pool. The New Awaji pool is the largest in the main building, but this one is a little smaller. It's spacious enough for children to play. There are two open-air baths overlooking the Naruto Strait, called Yuue no Yu, two indoor baths, and a cold bath. We ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel. We didn't make a reservation for lunch, but the front desk was quick to let us in to the restaurant. It was nice not to have to go outside in the heavy rain. There is a roadside station-like place nearby, but it's crowded, so I recommend a hotel where you can relax. For dinner, we had sashimi and wagyu beef. There wasn't enough wagyu beef, so we ordered Awaji beef as an extra. There was a little too much sashimi in the course. It might have been better if there were a few more meat dishes.

It's been a while since I last went on a trip, and I crossed the Honshu-Shikoku Bridge (Akashi Kaikyo Bridge) for the first time, and headed to Awaji Island. I chose this inn because the sunset was beautiful, but unfortunately it was cloudy and I couldn't see it. However, the room and food at Bettei Sora were very good. The vegetables were delicious, as you would expect from Awaji Island. However, the way the dinner plates were lifted and taken down felt a bit rushed, and it felt hectic. Also, the draining sound of the open-air bath attached to the room was loud, and I think it would be better if this was improved.

(Before check-in) You can use the bath and pool from 12 noon. We couldn't have lunch. (After check-out) You can use the pool until 12 noon. Please note that you can only use the bath until 10am. However, there are showers and lockers at the pool. ---------------- (Room) I booked a standard room, but it was a spacious room with a wide view. Amenities and yukata are provided. (Bath) There are two types of water: smooth water for the skin and brown water with salt. I thought the spring quality was similar to Arima Onsen. There is an open-air bath that faces the sea and is open to the sky. There are many types of baths to enjoy. There is also a sauna. (Meals) You can eat at the restaurant, but there is a wide gap between the people next to you, so you can relax and enjoy your meal. There was a wide variety of options at the breakfast buffet. (Service) I felt the service was generally good.
