"The service we ordered on trip.com included breakfast for two guests, but every morning the service staff told us that there was no system record, which resulted in us having to communicate with the counter multiple times for re-confirmation. It was very unprofessional and affected our mood during the morning meal. . Breakfast is a la carte, but there are limited items to choose from, and it is not generous. There are other coffee options, but you can only order black coffee. As a result, for breakfast on the first day of your stay, you mistakenly thought you could order a latte. In this case, when we checked out, we found that we were charged for the latte. The whole ordering and dining system is terrible"
