房間很大，舒適，晚上室外很安靜，偶爾有酒店過道行走的人説話大聲。酒店大堂有咖啡和茶水，小茶點，很不錯。就是樓頂的温泉池，沒人去泡，可能天氣冷的緣故。出酒店不遠就是生態公園，適合早鍛鍊。整體不錯。適合自駕人住。

住了兩天，酒店各方面都很滿意，温泉很舒服，泡池很乾凈，客房阿姨都是每天更換兩次温泉水和消毒泡池，也是很用心了。晚上贈送了粥，暖暖的，很貼心呀。點了外賣還有機器人幫忙送，可以可以，必須給個贊。房間其實還好了，並不是小的住不了，包含了早餐和温泉，這個價位又是温德姆，性價比已經很高了，早餐的品種就正常酒店配置，説不上多經驗，但口感特別好，尤其鹵雞，聽説是彌勒的特色，吃了兩盤，酒店是不限制的，衹要吃得完任意拿，哈哈哈，感覺賺了呢，已經收藏了，等暑期的時候帶着朋友來，距離湖泉水世界不到幾百米，站在酒店7樓就能看見水世界，夏天還來，還住這裏，方便，乾淨

這家酒店服務確實沒得説，超過預期。從下訂單開始前台就打電話詢問是否需要高鐵接站，還很貼心的告知天氣狀況，這點是必須要給好評的；辦理完入住以後，前台還會詢問房間情況，還贈送了晚安牛奶，退房又打電話詢問入住體驗，個人覺得這還是比較好的，很能夠將客户的體驗放在首位。早餐品類很多，口感也不錯，房間雖然是小了點，但也還行，住酒店泡温泉是不限制次數的，想怎麼泡都行，浴袍濕了服務員馬上就幫忙更換了，温泉就在樓頂，不止泡着舒服，還能觀景，臨時有事酒店還給延遲退房到14點，還安排了車送到高鐵站，以後來彌勒就認準温德姆了

姐姐上次去住過，回來就給我們安利了這家酒店，這次帶着孩子來彌勒，果斷選擇了他家。各方面確實都挺不錯的，尤其服務員，又熱情又大方，剛好遇到又會議團隊，前台看我帶着小孩，優先給我辦理了入住，還給小朋友送了小童浴袍和小玩具。樓頂的温泉也是我們去了客房阿姨現放的水，這點就很貼心了，水温剛合適，孩子簡直不想出來了。早餐也很棒，尤其要是鹵雞米線，超級好吃，回來順帶還買了兩衹，價格也不貴。然後酒店還有高鐵接送，司機師傅把車打理的很乾凈，沒有任何異味，也很禮貌，哇喔真的是太棒了，果斷推薦到了家庭羣，以後來彌勒，就他家了，性價比很高的寶藏酒店

客觀的評價一下，酒店硬件設施很棒，裝修高端，很有格調，7樓的泳池拍照很出片（遺憾的是不能游泳），温泉泡池很舒服，還可以看湖泉美景、彌勒大佛、彌勒城市景觀，不過建議酒店還是裝點遮擋的，晚上泡澡起來那一瞬間冷風颼颼，還挺冷的。房間面積不大，但還行，物資配備也很到位，晚上還給贈送了牛奶，這一點必須得誇誇，很貼心。服務就不用多説了，畢竟是温德姆品牌的酒店，每一位服務員都很熱情，處理問題也很快，總之很滿意的一次體驗。順道提個建議，客房服務員的普通話得加強一下[微笑]

酒店很新，位置好，店員都很熱情，房間很大很乾凈，有空調，室內温泉池熱水泡着很舒服，最主要的是早餐豐富好吃，選擇多樣性。離湖泉生態園很近，走幾分鐘就到了，感覺到了青島和三亞。下次來首選！！！！

真的是一個寶藏酒店！前台的美女態度都超級好，主動幫忙拿行李，房間也很新很乾凈，關鍵是室內温泉，就不擔心在室外泳池吹着風感冒了。特別讚的是温泉每天早上都有把水放掉後清洗池子，然後下午4點又重新放水，很衞生。已經推薦給冬天想泡温泉的姐妹了，以後住酒店首選。

總體不錯，早餐鹵雞米線味道好！接送站服務態度好。房間面積比較大，樓頂温泉人少的時候挺有情調的。走出來幾步就是湖。再走幾百米到最大的湖可以看黑天鵝。
