The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and all questions are answered. There are several restaurants next to the hotel. It is a bit far from the main attractions in Newport, and you need to drive there. The corridors are a bit musty."

The breakfast was fabulous. Within walking distance were the Shaws supermarket, CVS and bus stops. Will book this hotel if we are back in Newport."

Basically, I didn't sleep all night, and I was speechless! Compared with other holiday hotels in the morning, there are several categories less, which may be a problem with geographical division."

"The room was very clean and well-equipped. There was hot water and coffee available 24 hours a day. The free breakfast was not suitable for Chinese stomachs, but it was filling. It was next to the main road and there were car noises at night, but fortunately there were not many vehicles."

"The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by many supermarkets and restaurants, driving to the beach and not far from several mansions. The hotel's swimming pool is on the first floor and looks great; the room is large with fridge and microwave, free breakfast, cereal, juice, tea, coffee, yoghurt, fruit and sausage, cured meat, eggs, bread, snacks, etc. ,not bad. The only dissatisfaction is that I set it two weeks in advance, and looked at the house price two days earlier, which is nearly 200 yuan cheaper than two weeks ago."

The cottage is an an ideal location. The cottage has two separate private bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom a full size Brd with another Roll Away bed. One Bathwih a stall shower. NEW OUTDOOR SHOWER and changing room. Very private.
Both bedrooms have luxurious bed linens and towels!
The kitchen is loaded with everything you need......Including a Lobster Pot. The cottage is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, fully stocked with spices and utensils . Essential cooking tools, Plates,, pots & pans, etc. wine, champagne and drinking glasses.
The living area has hi-speed internet, smart TV with full cable access, TV, Books, board games, novelty games and cards.
Bring your personal amenities and perishable food supplies.
The backyard is very private and feels like a sanctuary. The outdoor shower with hot and cold running water is great day or evening. The outdoor seating area is a great way to unwind after a day at the beach. Have a glass of wine Have dinner under the pergola, fully lit with beautiful lighting or sit on the back deck at the high top table and chairs.
If you want to stay home and BBQ use the Webber grill. Always with a tank of propane ready to go!

The kitchen is loaded with everything you need......Including a Lobster Pot. The cottage is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, fully stocked with spices and utensils . Essential cooking tools, Plates,, pots & pans, etc. wine, champagne and drinking glasses.
The living area has hi-speed internet, smart TV with full cable access, TV, Books, board games, novelty games and cards.
Bring your personal amenities and perishable food supplies.
The backyard is very private and feels like a sanctuary. The outdoor shower with hot and cold running water is great day or evening. The outdoor seating area is a great way to unwind after a day at the beach. Have a glass of wine Have dinner under the pergola, fully lit with beautiful lighting or sit on the back deck at the high top table and chairs.
If you want to stay home and BBQ use the Webber grill. Always with a tank of propane ready to go!

Our neighbors are important to us and assuring that the property is only visited by appreciative and respectful guests is our number 1 priority outside of safety. We take hosting guests very seriously and want to make sure guests have the best experience but must insist that our guests 100% respect the Middletown ordinances and peace and serenity that the area affords. Any over-crowding or violation of house rules and zoning ordinance is strictly enforced very quickly.
