I frequently visit Changsha for business, but this was my first time staying in the Desiqin area.

First off, the hotel is situated in quite a bustling neighborhood. There are restaurants immediately to your left as you step out, and a lively night market street directly in front, making the evenings very vibrant.

While the hotel lobby had a rather grand feel to it, I found it inconvenient that after check-in, there was quite a long walk to reach the elevators. Furthermore, the elevators themselves were incredibly slow, making the wait unbearable – a problem I've never encountered at any other hotel and which I found completely unacceptable.

Secondly, upon entering my room, I noticed a significant amount of standing water outside the bathroom. Thirdly, there was no hot water available for showering after 11 PM.

I was very satisfied with my stay in this hotel for one night. It was very nice. The decoration and design of the hotel room are high-grade. The floor is relatively high. There are floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the nearby night view. The facilities in the room are well-equipped and can be controlled intelligently. It is very practical and the location It's also very good. It's right next to the subway station. It's very convenient to travel. Molly's service is also very friendly. I will choose this hotel again when I go to Changsha in the future!

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped, including smart Xiaodu audio and video controls and smart toilets. The facilities are complete, clean, and tidy.

Environment: Good.

Service: Lisa and Xiaoli at the front desk were warm and attentive. The hotel also offers a shuttle service from the South High-Speed ​​Railway Station, which is excellent. There's a laundry room and gym on the 17th floor, and the service was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Service: A strange thing happened. The previous guest (male) did not renew nor check out. He held the door card of the same room and hit my door (female) who was sleeping soundly. Fortunately, my door was locked. This was the first strange thing I encountered when staying in a hotel. At that time, I called the front desk, and the waiter gave a lot of reasons that were not reasons. It was really a weird service. In order to prevent other guests from having the same uncomfortable experience in the future, I decided to talk about this weird thing. I hope the hotel can improve the quality of service and ensure the safety and comfort of guests.

I reserved the room expecting to arrive in the early evening but after a really long flight delay I arrived before midnight. My room had been assigned to other travellers who had flight delays which had me worried as I had already pre-paid. I was upgraded to a King bed with no extra charge. The room was clean, and it had fresh towels and bedding. The shower was amazing after my long trip and the bed was comfortable. The young lady at reception. Forgot to remind me about Daylight savings so I set my phone time for the wrong time and missed breakfast but otherwise it was a great short stay.

Wonderful hotel with everything at your fingertips. Very clean and tidy. Had pet-friendly floor with a pet fee assessed at check-in. Very lovely staff, though continental breakfast was lacking. Overall, great hotel!
