"After taking a shower, the water looked yellowish and strange. Upon closer inspection, it was incredibly dirty, with murky residue constantly coming out, even from the showerhead. Since I had already showered, I just washed my face with bottled water. My body felt itchy, and I was quite upset. However, instead of getting angry, I calmly showed the male staff member the photos and explained that action needed to be taken. I told him that if other guests found out, everyone would complain. I quietly informed him and then left. I didn't think the dirty water issue would be resolved even if I returned in the evening. So, despite having already paid for the room, I just stored my luggage there and slept at another hotel, then returned at 10 AM, just in time for check-out. However, since my flight wasn't until after 5 PM, I asked how much it would cost to stay until 5 PM. They said 200 pesos per hour, so I decided to check out at 12 PM, have a meal, and come back. I asked the manager if they could give me a discount for the extra hours. After eating, I returned, only to be told that I had already checked out and there were no rooms available. I explained that I found it unfair, considering the dirty shower water prevented me from even sleeping there for a night, and I was heading to the airport at check-out time. But they just said the cleaning was done and it wasn't possible. An elderly Filipino woman then asked if I was Korean and said, 'This is the Philippines, it's different,' with an unpleasant expression. I felt incredibly disgusted. I really hope the hotel owner sees this. Despite showering with sewage-filled water and finding ants all over the room, I didn't complain. I simply showed them photos and suggested they resolve the issue before other guests found out. To receive such a response from a customer makes me furious. Even 1 star is too generous. I feel like I might get a skin disease; it's so itchy."

"If you are looking for some place to stay, or matulugan lang naman at makaligo kayo, pwedi na kayo dito. Pero hindi sya yong excellent natulugan. Sa room ko, natinulugan, okay naman ang Aircon. Sira ang doorknob ng CR. Walang table for work. Okay naman ang Bed. Pero overall if you want lang naman ng my matulugan at makaraos the next day, pwedi na dito 🙂"
