Good location, cleanness, and attention. Beautifully decorated. For a 4 star hotel, they missed some details that should be a must: bottled water, napkins, bigger trash can, and shower mat.

The hotel is located in the absolute city center. Although it takes a long time to drive to the hotel through the winding streets, Google Maps is reliable. There are two parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel for temporary parking and luggage storage. The nearest commercial parking lot is 500 meters away, but it is easy to drive back. Go around in a circle. The room was very spacious and the front desk guy was great.

Lovely comfortable stay! After a long Drive through Spain we stopped over for a rest at this lovely Hotel,, the lovely young lady in reception was a Gem, so helpful , professional and friendly. Explained everything in English and couldn’t be more helpful. The Room was spotless, large comfortable bed and a very nice sized bathroom. Breakfast which was optional was delicious and the lady who served us was also very helpful and polite. Love the Decorative appearance of areas we used in this hotel, pity our stay was such a short one.

Fantastic hotel. Great room, friendly service. Room was generous in size. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!! We have not stayed in this area and it’s amazing. Rich in culture and so beautiful to stay in this hotel. The staff were helpful. The room had a fantastic rain style shower. Very nice and deluxe!

Inconsistent place. First got the room with the outdoor jacuzzi. The room was very different than the description, smelled like cat and the AC was filthy blowing dust everywhere. Even worse there was an uncovered skylight that let in the morning sun right above the bed. I’ve added a photo for reference. Why have the Spanish style shutters on the window that block out 100% of the light and an open sky light? The man at the front desk was extremely polite and kind and downgraded us for the second night to a 2 story room. This was an amazing room. Fantastic and totally dark at night. The in room spa is another story. After an hour of trying to fill the jacuzzi I gave up. Both faucets in the tub have water savers on them. I understand why hotels do this for showers but for tubs that hold a finite amount of water. That night, we wanted tea. The lady at the front desk said they only have 2 kettles but don’t share either. The she brought moderately warm water out. She refused to make new water or even make eye contact and was clearly bothered by this. Finally she agreed to boil water. She wouldn’t let me touch the kettle and of course didn’t understand how to boil water. Finally she allowed me to empty the water. Not overfill the kettle and have hot water but made it clear this was an exception. I’d expect a hotel of this caliber to provide hot water for tea or a kettle or even sell tea without too much discussion. The next morning the hotel was again perfect and it was the first person at the front desk. So would I be back? Yes for sure. I’d just pick my room very carefully and bring my own electric tea kettle with me next time.

Small boutique hotel with a lot of charm. The hotel looks like it was someone's summer home that has been converted into a quirky, little B&B. The staff was oh so friendly and more than willing to answer all our questions. The hotel sits on a small street that is within walking distance to a plethora of Roman ruins plus a number of small restaurants, one which sits rights next to the Temple down the street. If we ever come to Merida again, I would definitely stay at Hotel Spa Adealba.

It turned out to be a bit of a strange place. During check-in, the young woman told me she was very sorry, but she needed to know if the person accompanying me was my official wife. I was accompanied by my wife of over 20 years, about the same age and language, but I still wonder why she'd asked that disrespectful question. When we tried to use the shower after relaxing in the jacuzzi, we noticed it wasn't working; the faucet was broken, but luckily we were able to shower in the jacuzzi.

We were in the private area on November 30, 2024. As soon as I entered, I noticed a very strong smell of mold. I tried to go into the jacuzzi area, but the smell was so strong I couldn't stand it. They have the jacuzzi cover inside the room, and it's completely covered in mold. The mixture of mold and humidity makes it hard to enjoy, or even breathe; it's not healthy. The jacuzzi water smelled terrible. There's no dry place to leave clothes, no hairdryer, not even a little gel to clean yourself afterward. We had to leave before finishing our contracted time. When I left, I told the girl at reception what was happening and asked her to please come in and check what I was saying. She very kindly told me she was very sorry. Mold doesn't grow in half an hour; it's a lack of cleanliness and hygiene. I would have to undergo a health inspection, and the spa wouldn't open until it was disinfected and clean. I had given it to a friend for a few days, of course it won't go and we're not going to recommend it to anyone.

It was a total disappointment. When you arrive, you love the decor, but as the hours go by, things go from bad to worse. We booked for one night, booking an afternoon spa and massage. Several things: - Spa: small and with barely any power from the jets, it felt like we were in a pool. My partner slipped and almost split his head open; now he has bruises on his arm. Positive points include the fact that they give you herbal teas and cava, but obviously, in 60 minutes, between the sauna, jacuzzi, and sun loungers, you barely get to enjoy the bottle of cava. - Massages: the best thing about the hotel. The staff was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable about his job. Without a doubt, the best thing about the hotel, and something I would book again without hesitation. - Room: small, perhaps enough for two people. Good and bad points: Good: Bed comfort. Bad: A lot. To list them, I'd say that as the hours went by, an unpleasant smell started to develop from the bathroom, but very, very bad. When we arrived from the theater, we encountered a visitor: a large cockroach on the wall, which had crawled into a hole in the ceiling. We later realized it was more than used to peeking out and wasn't alone. So, my summary of the weekend is terrible. I won't be returning to the hotel again, except for the massage.

My opinion of 4 stars nothing 'jacuzzi good .. bed good ... yes I have to say that when I went to the bathroom I found a cockroach walking on the floor and I informed them and for me I will not return, they charged me for some drinks and they did not have coverage from the machine anyway and if you need something you have to call from your phone like when you call through the internet and after two hours they will answer it there I leave it

Bad experience due to a bad smell in the room. A cozy and nicely decorated hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast service. Reception is not open 24 hours a day. There was a whirlpool tub in the room, but no water-based cleaning supplies to dry the floor. Average price/quality.

Well located, the main street and shops are just 50 meters away. Very good value for money and very friendly staff. The spacious rooms. The cover photo is not the most appropriate, it seems that it is a hotel for couples.
