It's only two minutes' walk to St Kilda Road and you can take any of the seven trams to the city. Very convenient.
The room is very decent in size and the view is nice. The only complaint I have is the ceiling lights are so dim that I couldn't even pack/unpack my luggage in the evening. The bathroom lights are motion triggered and only work when it is dark enough. I had difficulties shaving in the morning. I think it's a design fault.

Very stylish decor and comfortable furnishings in the apartment-hotel. Our room was more hotel room with a kitchen counter than a studio apartment. However the fridge, microwave and sink were adequate for simple meals. Views not great as you look out onto the building next door.
Not many shops etc. nearby but tram route around the corner.
