Very near to cbd area. Full of shopping malls near by and food outlet to eat . Good hotel service . Seamless check in and fast .

Very good location, easy to access into main CBD areas, decent walking distance and the hotel is great and comfortable.

Clean room , great service and friendly staff. Made my stay a seamless and pleasant one. Toiletries such as tooth brush and tooth paste , bedroom slippers are only provided at a cost. Some construction going on a few steps away but room had good sound proofing against street noise. Unfortunately, could hear other rooms’ doors being slammed due to door mechanism.

The glass mugs were not being washed, there were water stains around the edge of the glass. Services are average, no one to pick up the call at the reception after 8pm

We had an excellent stay! The reception staff was incredibly kind and even allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable, although it was a bit small. The location was great—it was central and close to many famous cafes. We could walk to key parts of the city in 10-15 minutes, and there were also free trams in the area. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options, including omelettes, nuts, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit juice, etc.

Room: The room was clean and comfortable, with an interesting layout where the sink is placed inside the bedroom instead of the bathroom. We were kindly placed on the 18th floor, which offered great views—shoutout to the reception team for that. Service: Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. However, communication with housekeeping was a bit of a challenge due to the language barrier, especially when we tried to request extra blankets and pillows. It would’ve been better to ask directly at the front desk. Amenities: Something to keep in mind—there were no complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers provided, so be sure to bring your own. Breakfast: The breakfast was decent with a good variety of options, though it stayed the same each day. The standout feature was the make-your-own juice station, which was a nice touch. Final Thoughts: Overall, a solid stay with a few minor inconveniences. With some improvements in guest amenities and communication, this place could easily push closer to a 5.
