不知道爲何這家酒店可以被評估為五星級酒店。酒店門口基本上無人當值。即便把車子開到酒店門口卸行李也沒有人幫忙，差不多卸完了才有一個男的員工施施然走出來幫忙。沒有想過五星級酒店的職員會是這樣的。在國内的五星級酒店基本山門口肯定有幾個門童留意是否有客人需要幫忙。房間的面積是挺大的，但是從房間、公共區域等的裝修可以看得出不少的歲月痕跡。就停車方面，就停了一個晚上，另一個晚上我把車子停了在其他地方，但離開時竟然想收我兩天的價錢。幸好當時我腦袋清醒，立即跟前臺反映實況才免去了其中一天的停車費用。

This Pullman hotel is one of the worst I've stayed in in many countries. The hotel facilities are extremely old, the elevator is like a roller coaster, the elevator door is like a guillotine... and there is a broken smoke alarm in the room, which keeps making low-frequency noises. I called the front desk to ask for tissues at night, but it took me three times to get through. The toilet is as simple as a prison, and the toilet always has a strange smell.

Not very impressed from the first day when waiting to check in more than 15 minutes. Staffs were in the back room, come out only there is priority/ premium guest to check in. Breakfast 6 days are the same, the menu does not much change, very poor breakfast so far under Pullman brand. The chef could not cook egg properly, egg sunny side up, burn under, white egg uncooked, not much enjoy for breakfast. Staff very nice but the service not so good. Told the front staff to tell the house keeper to refill body lotion in the room from the first day but not thing change, if check now, lotion should be empty. Expect more from Pullman name!
