Pullman Melbourne Albert Park

There's a large park across the street, and a light rail station is a five- to ten-minute walk away, making it convenient for downtown. While the breakfast was the same every day, it was high-quality and satisfying. Nearby restaurants and bars are a bit of a walk away, about ten to two minutes. The room was large, with two king-sized beds, each about 1.5 meters tall. My only complaint was the faucet, which was almost directly next to the sink, making washing hands difficult. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I don't know why this hotel can be rated as a five-star hotel. There was basically no one on duty at the entrance of the hotel. Even when I drove the car to the hotel entrance to unload the luggage, no one helped. When I was almost done unloading, a male employee came out to help. I never thought that the staff of a five-star hotel would be like this. In China, there must be several doormen at the entrance of five-star hotels to see if there are guests who need help. The room area is quite large, but the decoration of the room and public areas can show a lot of signs of age. As for parking, I parked for one night, and I parked the car somewhere else the other night, but when I left, they wanted to charge me the price for two days. Fortunately, I was clear-headed at the time and immediately reported the situation to the front desk to waive the parking fee for one day.
