My best stay ever at this beautiful heritage hotel. Don't be disappointed if you get an internal room. They're whisper quiet and very cozy. Perfect winter getaway. Thank you!

The room is luxurious, full of history. Staff is professional and helpful, they were also surprisingly welcoming^^. The hotel location is spot on also, convenient with no traffic noises. Recommended for staying.

What a beautiful hotel! And such lovely people running it! Mummy came here once before and was very excited about bringing me and Cuddly here, and we could see why! We really enjoyed our stay!

vintage but clean ,love the vibe

Wonderful old style hotel, spacious beautiful room, crispy clean  linens, breakfast room, huge, sunny, unbeatable location, polite really nice receptionist. Would definitely stay again.

Alarm went off in room at 4:30. Tried to stop it in the dark, hitting every bottom until it stopped. Unfortunately snooze was one of them. So it went off again 10minutes later. Very unsettling.

Disastrous "Luxury" Stay - Avoid This Hotel! ⚠️ Booked a Victoria Suite for a luxury getaway but was downgraded last minute to two rooms, claiming "maintenance." Worse, they placed us above a loud wedding event with no warning. Blaring music terrified my 3-year-old until 10:04 PM. We felt utterly cheated. Never again.

Old fashioned. Large rooms but very noisy night. Secondary but not double glazed. Heard trams outside , bottles being emptied in to bins .. Breakfast slow and ordinary.

Architecturally stunning, fabulous location, hotel could do with some tasteful modernisation, the only hotel I’ve stayed in with a Pillow menu!

Good location near to train station Helper and nice receptionist Unfortunately there’s no hot water in our room And air conditioning is too loud

pros: Good location, close to public transport Many diners around Classic decoration and furnitures Friendly staff Cons: Not offering slippers and toothpaste until I call them Haven’t received my bond after checking out and it’s been a week The sanitary worker barged in my room even when I hung a don’t disturb sign on the doorknob

Lovely room, comfortable bed and quiet inside. Had everything you needed. Would love to have coffee maker/Nespresso in room and updated tv, but for one night visit to city it was good.

Amazing 5 star service

A wonderful stay - beautifully decked out room, warm and light. A perfect spot for a one-night getaway. Staff were efficient and friendly. Lovely old world feel to the entire place. Highly recommended.
