The Trip.com chat (Korean) agent wasn't helpful at all! He.just quickly "finished" whatever he wanted to say and "CUT" off the line! Seriously, this is Very Rude!!!

Had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Despite having the toilet leaking on the 1st day evening, they sent 3 maintenance guys to check and rectify the problem. Loved the shower, strategic location near to many eateries, walkable attractions abt 15min, have a small pool quiet and cosy, overall good time. Definitely will come back again. Easy to check in with touch screen card access guidelines and check out. They have hair dryer, iron board, electrical kettle, tea coffee sugar, workable TV, mini fridge. Pool is at L23 open 7am-8pm, there is a vending machine to purchase swimming attire of all sizes. L3 there are ballrooms, small gym and a restaurant. The view is amazing. Thank you so much.

What a disappointment. No housekeeping; the room was rundown, and I had to text to get towels. The air conditioning and bathroom were dirty. Basically, I will not book through this again.

Hope u guys can improve dari segi kebersihan sebab lantai tandas dan lantai bilik rasa melekit macam sabun cuci lantai tak bilas habis. As suggestion why not u guys put some basic cuttleries macam mangkuk pinggan sudu garfu ke. Yang lain okay selesa harga pun berpatutan, parking pun senang cuma mahal lah flat rate Rm15. Cuma make sure u guys double check regarding facities ya so that ur customers boleh guna kemudahan hotel and tak kena sound dengan staff hotel lagi. Tq

Love this place especially the rooftop swimming pool. The room is clean, although the toilet is transparent but you can actually close it using the vertical blinds. Overall satisfied with this room.

The room was fine and the location is easy to walk to the main town. The communication with the host is not very clear and the room doesn’t come with wifi, this is really inconvenient.

The locations is near to the medical checkup hospital. It was a hotel before but now become a apartment stays 🥲 i prefer before hotel

Enjoying our stay here and Host really helpful and communicative. Location is the best. Especially if we need to visit Mahkota Medical Center. Thank you for giving us a nice stay.

Hotel location is very good, 2 minutes walking distance to restaurant Tong Sheng, Starbucks, etc... 5 minutes walking distance to shopping centre. Hotel lobby is nice but service average only. Lift access card only given 1 card for 2 single bed room. No free car park.
