The Best of all is the Shop Owner that very friendly even though he can’t communicate using English but we communicate through wechat, he helped a lot even when we bought many things from Taobao and the goods arrived late when we already checked out but the owner helped us to sent it to the next city that was very amazing and helpful the Room! oh my gosh, very very Amazing we will come and stay to this place again if we come to visit lijiang old town

Beautifully designed B&B located at the edge of the Lijiang old hotel (literally the first store when you enter the South Gate) - perfect for those carrying luggages as cars are not allowed into old town. The hotel is new, built only last year so the aesthetics are modern and hardware in great condition. Special shoutout to the girls who look after the hotel, amazing service and always looking to go above and beyond. We experienced complimentary tea making as part of our stay which was really cool. Highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Lijiang - away from the hustle and noise but still super close to everything!

I recently had the pleasure of staying 4 days at this hotel in South Gate Lijiang, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modernity of the establishment. The hotel is impeccably maintained, with spotless rooms that are both comfortable and stylish. Every detail, from the sleek furnishings to the well-appointed amenities, reflects a commitment to quality and guest comfort. The location is another standout feature of this hotel. Situated near to the main road of south gate, it provides easy access to taxi and lots of excellent restaurants. Whether you're looking to explore the rich culinary scene or simply want to enjoy a leisurely stroll through the area, everything is conveniently close by. This made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the things to be appreciated was the hospitality of the owner. Despite the language barrier, she went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. She even upgraded our room to family suites which makes us even more happier especially the kids. Her kindness and dedication to her guests truly set this hotel apart. She was always willing to help and made every effort to assist me, even though she doesn’t speak English. Her warm and welcoming attitude made me feel at home, and I greatly appreciated her efforts to communicate and provide assistance. Overall, my stay at this hotel was wonderful. The combination of a clean, modern environment, an excellent location, and exceptional hospitality made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. You won't be disappointed!

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the ancient city, making it very convenient for travel. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, which is very satisfying. Overall, the price/performance ratio is good.

The hotel faces the street and is a little noisy when sleeping at night. The service of the front desk guy was good, but on the day of check-out, we asked him via WeChat to help with the luggage, but he ignored us. I guess he didn't see the message.

The location is very convenient, it is the first one to enter the southeast entrance of Lijiang Ancient Town. The road in the ancient town is very difficult to walk, so I recommend this one! The design style of the hotel is very fashionable, suitable for young people. I went to Yulong Snow Mountain and Blue Moon Valley. I was very lucky. The sunshine was very good, and the photos were amazing.
