"Nice hotel for Mnemba Island tour, very close to the Island and the hotel staff was perfect. I had the best massage ever listening to the ocean and in front of the beach. The food is fantastic and they do not serve alcoholic beverage, despite the fact that I drink, I liked the attitude from the hotel to keep their believe above the tourists. Old hotel that need a lot of maintenance and worst beach in the Island, a lot of seahedges. "

"Had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel for 6 days in April. We had the Family Ocean View room which consisted of two very large rooms. Never had such spacious rooms before. Rooms were clean and in good condition. Room service excellent. The quality of food in the restaurant was our biggest surprise. Every day a good choice of food…very delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Despite Ramadan and less customers due to raining season the hotel was run smoothly and fully met our expectations."

"Salama is a quaint and beautifully done up bungalow an a 10 minute walk from the beach. The staff here is extremely warm and friendly and makes you feel at home. The owners are welcoming and very helpful as well and make sure that you have a very comfortable stay. The restaurant in the bungalow has beautiful ambience and decor and serves delicious food at very economical prices. I stayed here for a short period of 2.5 days but thoroughly enjoyed it. You can also request for a taxi from the airport in advance and the owners arrange for it so that he can be easily picked up from the airport. If you're looking to go deep sea diving, this is near near to a few of the deep sea diving places."
