10 min to the metro station so have to call uber to places. Hotel is clean and nice and staff are very helpful

Nice hotel … location is little off and getting around the city can be bit difficult. We are family of 4 and relied on Uber / Bolt cabs. Swimming pool is very small… staff is excellent and friendly!

Great stay, VERY friendly and helpful staff. No other place to stay in Marsielle. We had bad experiences elsewhere. Very clean , a good pool, and great restaurant!

Did not live up to expectations.. Hotel staff made an effort to resolve my situation but due to a breakdown in communication the matter is still unresolved. Hopefully after discussions with my travel agent tonight the matter is resolved.

Very nice hotel,modern and clean,good size room with TV,kettle,coffee machine and safe for your more precious things.Very nice and clean bathroom with good shower.Lots of power connection and USB plugs.Great breakfast,really one of the best we had in hotels.Easy access from city center by subway,5 min walk from station.small gym is always a plus and swimming pool .helpfull and friendly staff

This place is nice for a night. Not really near anything of importance, but if needing a place to stay before heading to the airport it's ideal. Near some restaurants in a seemingly dodgy part of town. The parking is a bit odd. I got stuck in the private parking for the apartment complex next door. When going into the parking stay to the left side. There's a nice pool and dining area to relax. Rooms are of great size and comfort. Very affordable in terms of a Crowne Plaza. Very good staff, was given a free upgrade. I highly recommend.

Super clean as it’s a new hotel. It had all the necessary amenities. Both the room and the bathroom were also spacious and clean!

Clean & spacious room, nice decoration. But location is away from key attractions and old port. Breakfast is okay.
