We had an excellent stay at the Place. Very clean and very cozy. Very easy accessible to shops, supermarkets and just within walking distance to the shopping area. 5-10 mins walk from weaverly station. Will definitely go again. Only one little problem. Not to take up rooms too high up as no elevators so dragging the luggage up the stairs will be hard especially if you have a large suit case. However they were very helpful to carry for you So overall, will still go back there Thank you for such a pleasant stay

Location is good very close to bus station. Room is small by tidy. Bad mattress in room. You can listen spring sound and No support. Most problem is noise pollution since Room nearby main road and trams track, but sound isolation is poor caused unable to sleep😢

Luggage can be stored at the front desk, and the waiter is very nice. If the room is not facing the street, the scenery is very good, and you can see the seaside when the weather is good. If you don't live in the attic, the room has a high net height and the bathroom is also very clean. The heating is also very hot. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, but the waiter can help with the luggage.
