Hotel Name: Villa Monsone Location: Luang Prabang I had the privilege of spending an unforgettable holiday at Villa Monsone and I have the warmest praise for this hotel. First of all, the location of the hotel is ideal. Just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, I was able to explore the area's ancient temples, royal palaces and night markets. The surroundings of the hotel are pleasant, quiet and convenient. Secondly, Villa Monsone is a wonderful building in itself. Every detail shows the care and taste of the hotel management team. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's swimming pool and terrace, which provided a peaceful and relaxing environment to enjoy the sun and views. The service is also impeccable. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the staff gave me warm and thoughtful care. They were always ready to help and were always there to make sure my needs were met. Their professional quality and friendly attitude made me feel at home.

Cleanliness is fair. When I opened the blanket, there was 1 strand of hair, which was a little shocking. There are three power outlets: under the TV, next to the dressing table, and at the head of the bed, which is not enough for a family room. Overall, it's good. I'm impressed.

If you keep walking along the night market, you can see many French restaurants and Laotian massages. You can see the Mekong River at the intersection. In the morning, at 5:10 Lao time, you can see the alms at the entrance of the hotel, or you can participate in the alms yourself. After the alms, go up the mountain opposite to the Puxi Mountain to watch the sunrise. After watching the sunrise, you can go to the morning market. The morning market is two minutes away from the hotel entrance, very close! The morning market has local breakfast vegetables, fruits, coffee, juice, Chinese buns, fried dough sticks, soy milk, everything! Turn left at the entrance of the hotel for a few minutes to the Grand Palace, opposite is Puxi Mountain and the Mekong River. The overall transportation is very convenient! Several attractions are a few minutes away. The boss is Chinese and very warm and friendly. The front desk guy provides very good service.

The two bad reviews this year were given to the Chinese Courtesy Hotel, which specializes in one-time business with Chinese people. The hotel has no sound insulation at all. The wooden floor is thumping with the sound of people walking around, the voices of people talking in the opposite room can be heard clearly, the sound of the hair dryer feels right next to my ear, and the sound of adults lecturing children a few rooms away is also the same. My room door is still frosted glass window, and I always see dark shadows walking outside, and people from outside can also see the movements of people inside. There is no privacy here, it feels like a group of strangers are gathered in a shared apartment. The curtains are still white without blackout to match the decoration style. It's white before 7 o'clock, and I can't sleep at all. It's not a place for people to rest. Shoes are taken off outside the hotel, and they go up and down barefoot. In the room, the toilet comes out with wet feet and goes to bed on the carpet that has been stepped on by countless people. I don't know if the floor is clean or not. Except for the better location, there is really nothing good to praise
