"We had a terrible experience here. Be aware that there is no one on the premises after midday on Saturday. The rooms are perfectly adequate, and clean. For the price I have no complaint with that side of the ‘product’. However, customer service is very, very bad. We had a difficulty - right outside our door someone had parked a van with barking dogs inside, their smell entering our room, and the added noise of the vehicle’s air-conditioning destroying our peace. I emailed simply to ask if we could move rooms, to be away from the noise and smell, (and the cruelty of leaving dogs alone, in the darkness of the back of a van) and we had no reply … two days later I still have not. I used the phone number in the details and it was not working. We had no password for the WiFi so could not use that either. We simply could not stay there, so we left the room as we found it and I asked for a refund. I have had no response from this place, and no refund for an unusable room and to alleviate the additional cost of another place to stay."

"We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The facilities were excellent, and every restaurant exceeded our expectations. The food was consistently delicious and of a very high standard, making each meal a memorable experience. What made our stay even more special was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We were especially touched by how sincerely they celebrated both my husband’s and my son’s birthdays. Their kindness made us feel truly valued and created memories our family will cherish. If we return to the Champagne region, we would happily choose to stay here again. The only disappointment was that, despite booking several months in advance, my son’s tennis lesson was unfortunately not arranged. As a result, my husband and I had to miss the spa treatment we had reserved, which was a shame. I also think it would be wonderful if there were more activities and programs for children, allowing parents to enjoy some relaxing time as well. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to all of the valet and parking staff. They were the first people to welcome us and the last to say goodbye, and their warmth and kindness made both the beginning and the end of our stay especially pleasant. A special thank you to the staff member who took the time to play chess with my son. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it meant so much to our family. His kindness made our son’s stay even more memorable."
