"We stayed here for one on the way down south and it was lovely. The family room was a great size for 4 of us and the bathroom was nice and spacious. Even had hair and body wash included. We paid €14 to park in the private car park underneath the building which was worth it for peace of mind. Breakfast was nice too and I really enjoyed the eggs. We would stay again"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Loisium. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The spa was incredible with heated outdoor pool; two saunas (at different temperatures) and Hamman. The food was fabulous- all sourced locally and the wine is spectacular! Would recommend this to anyone who wants to break up a journey travelling back to the UK as it’s around 3hrs from Eurotunnel"

"Do consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!"

"Location is great, just on the city center of the city. At the time I stayed, there happen to be a Christmas market just outside the hotel, since that is the big market place. Very cute. Totally would recommend for traveller's who are visiting the city. The hotel is chic, and is good value for money."

Continental Hotel

"The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk."

"Fantastic hotel - really well located (ten min walk from the cathedral) and very comfortable / modern. We stayed in a family suite which was much bigger and better equipped than anticipated. Beds were super comfy and the staff and breakfast were great."

"This hotel is a very reasonably priced for what it offers. The hotel general areas is clean and well presented. We booked a basic room with what we needed for an overnight stay with air conditioning and it was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great including bacon, eggs a selection of juices, cheeses, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, croissants and tea/coffee. The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, and hasslefree stays."
