Staff upon arrival very friendly, showing me and my luggage to my room and answering any questions I had. Entertainment team are amazing, always up for a chat and a laugh. Becky and Connor in particular. Both beautiful people that put their all into the jobs. Bar staff very good, always smiling and polite. Housekeeping service is great too, going the extra mile to make nice designs on the beds with flowers and blankets. First time staying at this hotel and definitely will be returning.

Outstanding hotel with great entertainment and food I do reccomend to any age and any group of people it’s amazing with the food and staff I really enjoyed staying here as it was a pleasure to meet everyone that was there please do visit us his hotel

What a great hotel first the entertainment was amazing 2 staff really stood out Becky and Connor I highly recommend this hotel as it has the best food best music and many many more . All the kids and adults was involved with every activity and you feel most welcomed

Cannot recommend Grand Pasa hotel Marmaris enough. They were all so friendly and helpful. Rahvan, Connor, Mehmet çobanoğlu, Besim and of course Ali the entertainer management. Food was delicious. Overall such a friendly family oriented hotel !!!!

My second year here now with my family I had an amazing time and made lots of new memories, food was lovely and different every day . The entertainment team were amazing getting us involved in everything and making conversations everyday without a doubt it wouldn’t be the same experience without caner and Ali they are a credit to the hotel looking foward to coming back .

Currently staying at this hotel and I cannot fault it. Beautiful rooms, lovely staff and amazing food 😍 😋 The entertainment staff here are the best 👌🏽 Connor is an absolutely amazing guy who does his best to please everyone and is fantastic with the kids as is Becky and Naz and Ali ♥️ We will 100% be back x

One of the most amazing hotels I have stayed in staff where so friendly and always very helpful. It has really great entertainment with an excellent entertainment team Connor was amazing spoke to everyone everyday and involved everyone all the staff are an asset to the hotel. ❤️❤️ Had a Turkish bath which was amazing and carried this on with a further 3 massage sessions which really helped with my back and leg problems the staff in their where so friendly and gave an excellent service. ❤️ We all had an all round amazing time there and will definitely be returning again next year this is one hotel I would recommend to everybody it caters for everyone had the most amazing time from start to finish.

We highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is very clean. The hotel staff provide top-level service. Everyone is helpful and friendly. In the restaurant, we felt well taken care of by the waiter named Ali (the young one) and Nadir. They always made sure we had everything we needed, such as drinks. Always smiling. The rooms were cleaned daily by a friendly lady. Despite the hotel being fully booked, there were no queues anywhere. The food was tasty and varied. We will definitely return to Marmaris and to the Grand Pasa Hotel.

Majority of the staff are great let down by totally incompetent reception staff and hard sell entertainment staff.. They are useless on reception could not sort out anything properly - one young lady hovering around manning the desk with another guy, came out to see me on the 10/5 in the morning to then tell me she could not help and her colleague would deal with sorting out a safe. He was dealing with another customer and she came out another 3 times whilst I was waiting to ask me what I wanted. Are you really telling me your staff cannot remember guests within speaking to me a minute earlier - she did this 3 times in 5 minutes - Really Entertainment is pretty dreadful gave that a miss all week - so poor And got caught by your guy doing photographs in the evening - I was not interested but ****** us im for taking around 100 photographs which is ridiculous - if I knew I was going to be subjected to this would have given it a wide berth. Once he had finished (perhaps his battery had run out on his camera) all the his smiles went and he said for me to wait around for 15 minutes as he would sit down with us and go through them - no chance!. I reckon he put sone tracking device on me as we went out straight out after and he almost jumped on us when we got back 2 hours later - I was not interested in seeing anything and then next morning again first step in the reception he was onto me again - ridiculous pressure tactics told him to get lost - general manager sort out your incompetent and pressure selling staff - it’s not 5 stars

Best experience, I went with my family and I have never experienced friendlier staff. They are all very accommodating. The food is gorgeous and the rooms are very clean. One of the staff members we meet named speedy, he was great. He convinced us to get a Turkish bath and is was the best thing. Overall the best hotel yet.

First time at this hotel and it didn't disappoint! The staff can't do enough to help from the moment you arrive and throughout your stay. Friday (our trip advisor) was amazing and offered us fantastic trips, don't be tempted to go outside for better prices, the service you will get will NOT compare. Highlight of this hotel is the AMAZING Spa, the packages are excellent value for money and you'll feel like a different person after, we enjoyed it so much we went twice trying a different treatment package and was as enjoyable the second time as it was the first! Speak to Speedy, top block that works hard to offer you the very best experience (best we've had) Thanks for everything Speedy we've enjoyed your company :)

This was my second time at the Grand Pasa Hotel. I absolutely love everything about it. The staff are so warm and welcoming. Any help you need they are there. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They are kept very clean by the housekeepers. The food is amazing, they cater for everyone. From the waiter's to the bar staff to the entertainers, to the cleaners, all of them do any amazing job and they are aways smiling 😊. Only been home 2 days and I miss the place already. Highly recommend hotel. Entertainment is great for kids and adult's. The guy's do an amazing job. Ali, Connor, Becky , Lillith, 👍 Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was my first time at the hotel and I liked it very much. The food was delicious. I liked the spa. The animation team and shows were great. Becky was very sweet and smiling :)))) I will come again with my friend ...............................

Great hotel best in marmaris All staff are amazing do great entertainment for children and adults All staff are polite and helpful towards the public Cleaners that do the hotel rooms do a very good job Pool facilities are amazing for everyone to enjoy the selves
