"Excellent location! The hotel has its own private beach area and a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable — no complaints at all. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and very helpful. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:30. A big plus and special praise to the hotel management for their quick and brave action in dealing with a group of drunk Irish guests who were disturbing others and breaking every rule of decent behaviour. Thanks to the staff, peace and comfort were quickly restored. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Great location, close to a minimarket, a large supermarket, restaurants, and the waterfront. The breakfast is average: eggs, vegetables, several types of olives, cheese, sausage, cereal, and something resembling soup or broth. Wi-Fi is good in the lobby, but in the room, it sometimes only worked on mobile data. The room is clean, no slippers, and shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap are provided. The room wasn't cleaned for four days—a bit odd, but not a big deal. The reception is helpful and eager to help, and there is Russian-speaking staff (a very friendly young lady :)). The bed is comfortable, the shower has good pressure, and there's no blanket (instead, a thin throw—like a thick waffle towel). If, like me, you like to sleep in a cold room, you'll need to get used to the air conditioning to avoid freezing—it blows well."

"What a fantastic addition to Turunc!! We stayed in a tiny house. It may be tiny but its got everything you need and your private deck area is spacious with comfortable chairs to enjoy a drink from the bar (or your fridge) as the sun goes down. The view is fantastic from these tiny houses and even better from the bungalows higher up. The facilities and amenities offered are exceptional! As this peaceful hotel is over many levels, the staff will drive you around in a golf buggy. The pool area is beautifully landscaped with the shaded breakfast area behind it and bar/restaurant between it and the beach/sea. The private beach area is staffed, who will bring you drinks and food to your sunbed or cabana. The breakfast choice is amazing! Orange juice squeezed in house and eggs cooked to order, whichever way you want them, to go with cheese, salad, fruit, bread, pastries, etc. You can even have freshly fired potatoes. The staff can't do enough for you and always wear a smile. We will definitely be back"

"Returning to Grand Yazıcı Club Turban for another stay is always a joy, and this time was no exception. The entire reception team is welcoming and efficient, and the night manager is consistently brilliant at ensuring everything runs smoothly. The hospitality of the bar, service, and guest relations staff is truly outstanding, making you feel truly valued even when you don't have issues. While the volleyball facilities are a great feature, the pitch and overall area could definitely use a bit more attention and care to elevate the experience. Additionally, it would be wonderful to see more daytime entertainment options specifically designed for teenagers between the ages of ten and fifteen, as the current offerings are heavily focused on adults. It’s still the perfect place to unwind and create wonderful holiday memories."

"The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere, but the management is terrible, the food is awful, and the prices are exorbitant. Last year we stopped drinking raki, so this year we decided to go back to eat something and have some raki too. They couldn't find any, which is understandable, I won't complain about that. The guy looking for the raki gave us a lecture in a very rude tone, something like, "Would there be any raki left from last year, madam?" Instead of saying that, he could have just said, "Here, have a drink each, it's on us," which would have benefited both us and himself. When I said I wouldn't make a reservation then, he said, "It's up to you, madam." We wanted beer by the sea, and they brought us glasses with two inches of ice at the bottom. On the last day, my wife wanted a mojito, and we didn't understand what they brought, and they charged 800 TL for a tiny glass. We paid 800 TL for a mint-flavored Sprite. They've changed their chef, but our friends said, "The food was still very bad." Providing a little good service shouldn't be that difficult..."

It has a beautiful cascading staircase, multiple pools, a breakfast restaurant, and an à la carte restaurant with live music in the evenings. The rooms are clean, not new, but in very good condition. The bathrooms are stocked with good toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Breakfast is simple, but everything was fresh and delicious; we had just enough. There's a free beach shuttle available upon request at reception, and the beach itself is simply stunning 🔥. Don't go anywhere to eat; there's a restaurant on the beach, or you can order from your sun lounger; all the cocktails and food are fantastic. And the views 😍. This is the best vacation ever."

"We were greeted on arrival by the friendly staff. Hotel was really modern and comfortable and the best shower we’ve ever had! Pools are amazing and the staff were so attentive and friendly. They made sure to remember everyone’s names and there wasn’t anything they wouldn’t do for you! It’s about a 15min walk to local shops, bars and restaurants but you can hire buggies to get around for not much money and lots of fun. It’s also much quieter than its sister hotel so great for couples and quieter family’s not looking for hotel entertainment! Would definitely recommend."

The bar man who was sacked was lovely and the omelette guy on a morning but the older grey haired boss and two women very rude as we left. Would not return Recommend tommys bar if you do.stay there. Oh and lift broken and did not shut properly."
