"Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. The only issue I had that kept it from getting 5 stars was a single incident. I locked my key in my room and went down to the front desk. The woman sitting behind it was looking at her phone. I didn’t say anything to disturb her so waited. I looked at my watch and it was literally 7 minutes before she looked up and saw me."
