"Brand new place. Some unexpected strange aspects. No ice machine on the premises, which could be a factor if you’re staying here for the nearby sports complex. Room is a nice sized suite with a mini kitchen that includes a full size refrigerator, a stove top and a microwave. However, not one pot, pan, plate or any utensils as most of us would expect with a kitchenette. No paper towels . ***? They have cookware and dinnerware sets downstairs to sell you. (Don’t know if that includes a dish towel, sponge or dish soap.) We had a room with 2 queen beds, only 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths, no hand towels. If you want more towels, you can go downstairs and exchange one of those for a clean one. In the bathroom you have one bar of soap, not one for the bath and one for the sink. You also have just one small bottle of shampoo. I imagine you could go downstairs and get another one, but not sure that would be free. No coffee maker in the room, you can go downstairs to get coffee, but of course, here, you have to pay for it. Location is close to the freeway and shopping and room is good sized. Was the cheapest decent place around and is a good deal if you plan for what’s not included!"

"The hotel is actually quite nice, but the noise level is horrible. If you want to save on construction costs, you can actually do without the glass. The two videos below show the difference in noise with the windows open and closed. Light sleepers should consider other hotels."

"My check-In and out was smooth and quick, the deposit was sent back to my card within 2hrs of checking out. My service dog and I stayed in room 120, the only issue with the room was noticing that the smoke alarm was missing(only realized 15 minutes before checking out). It was freezing cold outside, but my room was right across from the pool & hot tub, so I couldn't resist a 9pm trip into that hot & bubbly water for some relaxation before bed. The double rails make getting in & out so much easier for my disability, but they also have the chair assists for people who can't get in or out by themselves."

"Motel 6 in Manteca is probably a sub par motel with inadequate rooms & for the most part everything in them. However the second story of the motel has more decent rooms and the things in them work correctly ie; air conditioner/heater, refrigerator, showers, tv & remotes. All in all the price for the rooms definitely is much higher than the rooms are worth , one night I spent $273.00 for a standard room. Overall motel 6 in Manteca is probably one of the tru valley’s biggest burn."
