From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm and attentive — greeting us with smiles and making sure every detail of our stay was comfortable. The rooms were beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and very comfortable, blending modern comfort with local Rajasthani charm. The restaurant served delicious food, and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to each day’s explorations in Mandawa. The hotel’s central location made it easy to walk around the Main Bazaar and nearby havelis. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Mandawa — a perfect stay that exceeded all expectations!"

"Hotel Shahi Palace is a good stay with reasonable charges. Location is very good, in front of Chokhani Double Haveli. We went in January, so it was cold, but if it is sunny day, then it would be pleasant to do a Heritage walk. Hotel was clean, Service was very good and prompt. Rooms are beautiful aesthetically painted with facility of heater, TV, and welcome cookies. Food was ok. Few suggestions: 1. there should be some indoor games arrangement for kids and adults, like carrom, pool table, Table tennis, board games, etc. 2. They should provide closed dustbins instead of open dustbins."
