"We had a great experience staying at this hotel. It is very well restored and well maintained. The customer service was excellent, especially Samprikta was truly very helpful and attentive. Service by Ankit in the restaurant was noteworthy. The chef Seva Singh made delicious food. Also Deep at front desk was gracious enough to give us a tour of the haweli and helped us choose a good room for ourselves. All in all if you plan to visit Mandawa, this is the haweli to stay. You will find other hawelis, but none of them compares to this, even if it is a little on the expensive side. Highly recommend."

"Unique stay at a historic Haveli. Our room was large, with a big bed and bathroom. There was a sitting area directly outside our door, and the courtyard was beautiful. So nice to sit and have a coffee in the quiet surrounded by the frescos. We had breakfast in their restaurant, the staff went out of their way to make sure we had omelets and coffee. The room was clean and had hot water. Some of the highlights were the door and key, I'm sure they are originals of the Haveli. The bed and furniture were all intricately carved, and the bathroom had a unique shower. We enjoyed sitting on the roof and watching the street below. Mandawa was a small town that was fun to explore while we were there. The bed was very firm but still comfortable."

"No frills hotel but we really enjoyed staying here. Location is excellent just opposite the golden Haveli and a few minutes walk from other attractions, shops and restaurants. The staff were excellent, really helpful and welcoming."

"We reached late 11pm at the hotel, they were serving dinner to another group, when we asked for dinner they refused, this shows the attitude towards guests, making differences among guests, we were with kids and old aged people, then after repeated begging requests they made dal roti, then we asked for water glasses they refused and said that they don’t have glasses, staff too egoistic, Very pathetic service, never visit, hospitality zero, staff rude, water was coming very slowly from tap, can’t take a proper bath and water was also cold, no telephone in the room, no toiletries in the room, in the morning breakfast was also cold, only chola bhatura and upma in breakfast, when asked for hot bhaturas they refused and said take cold bhaturas which are kept on the table. same hot was served on another table, I don’t know why they showed this type of attitude, not recommended at all."
