"The reception area is nice and clean, with a pool and gym. However, the room's structure and cleanliness left a bit to be desired. There were dirty sheets on the minibar. The bathroom had old fixtures, half-clogged drains and a bad smell. The telephone didn't work and even when asked, there was no one willing to fix it. It was very noisy at night on the 10th floor (there seems to be a service area there). I found the staff to be friendly, but not very nice."

"When you pay almost 300 reais for a night, you expect a certain level of accommodation. The apartment I stayed in had no minibar, wardrobe or shower stall. It was like a prison, with a bed, a small TV and a piece of wood on the wall with two crosspieces hanging from it. The parking lot has a daily fee of 30 reais, which is charged separately. When I got to the room and saw the level of accommodation, I tried to cancel but was informed at reception that the cancellation would not entitle me to a refund. This stay was a total disappointment, I never thought I would pay so much for so little."

The service and attention to our needs is impeccable. The breakfast room is absolutely wonderful. The buffet is small but has enough variety. If you want something that's not there like freshly made scrambled eggs..not a problem just ask for it. The rooftop terrace is a sanctuary on it's own. Overlooking the Plaza and to the right the Manus theatre. Great location! Diverse food opportunities around."
