"My recent stay at Hill County Resort was incredibly disappointing. The food was extremely bad, lacking both flavor and freshness. Even worse, the kitchen was very unhygienic, raising serious concerns about food safety.The room was a major letdown as well. Despite being advertised as having beautiful views, there was no view at all from my room. Additionally, both the room and the toilet were very dirty, making my stay uncomfortable and unpleasant.The location of the resort is also far from ideal. It's situated in an inconvenient and unattractive area, making it difficult to access and enjoy the surrounding attractions.Overall, I cannot recommend Hill County Resort to anyone. My experience was far below expectations, and I would advise others to look elsewhere for a better stay."

The entire property is very well maintained and reflects a lot of care and effort from the team. What really made the experience special was the exceptional service from the staff. A special thank you to the team for helping deliver my clothes parcel—your support and kindness meant a lot and truly shows how much you care about your guests. Overall, a fantastic stay.
