Hotel Club S'Illot ★★★
"Fantastic hotel, the view from my room was out of this world, the hotel was spotless as usual , the staff and management outstanding as usual. Their helpfulness was as always superb. I only had breakfast here which was very good as I like to go to the local restaurants which are all very good. I was totally relaxed here and haven't felt that way for a while , the gardens are super and I used to enjoy a drink and relax just admiring them I shall certainly be back next year God willing Than you so much to all at club silliot"
THB Felip - Adults Only ★★★★
"Very good breakfast and service."
Rafa Nadal Academy Residence in Mallorca ★★★★
"My wife and I are very disappointed at Rafa Nadal’s summer camp. We took our 8 year old son for 1 week non boarding and experienced the following to name a few: - on the last day when they had the field trip my son got lost from his group and he was left behind. He asked other monitors for help but instead they took him to a room to watch TV with all the other kids that were sick resulting in my son getting sick 3 days later. I wonder what controls they have so that the kids don’t get lost? - when I arrived and asked what had happened they started coming with different excuses: first they said my wife had sent an email asking that my son doesn’t go on the field trip (I’m still waiting to see a copy of such an email which is a lie), then they said that my son had said he wasn’t feeling well which I asked my son and he never said so, then they told me it was my responsibility to take him to the meeting point at the time of the field trip which is also incorrect, etc. - communication was extremely poor. The schedule I was provided had the wrong pick up times and everyone had a different answer. - It was impossible to get times that were correct which resulted in wrong pickup times and my child left waiting. - the kids spend 10 hours a day and no one tells them to reapply sunscreen. My son came home sunburnt the second day. His bag with his swimsuit and change of clothes somehow got lost and although he asked for help to find it, no one helped him to locate his bag and ended up swimming in the pool in his tennis clothes, no goggles, no sunscreen and no towel. I picked him up at the end of the day soaking wet. In summery, I expected the academy to be professional but instead they’re a bunch of young kids running this camp. This place is the the epitome of incompetence. Lastly, although they know of my grievances they did not bother to call to see how my son is doing. These things were noticed by me because my son was a day camper. If my child was boarding I may never find out about these occurrences. "
Iberostar Waves Cala Domingos All Inclusive ★★★★
"To the Entertainment Team, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the entire entertainment staff for making our time here absolutely unforgettable. Your energy, passion, and constant enthusiasm brought so much life and fun to every single day. A special shout-out to Jenni, Kai, and Michael – you three were truly amazing! Whether it was organizing activities, hosting shows, or just taking the time to chat and make everyone feel included, you went above and beyond. Your creativity and dedication didn’t go unnoticed, and it really made a difference. Thank you all for the laughs, the memories, and the fantastic vibes – you made this experience something really special. Keep doing what you do best! With appreciation, Nicole and Amalia"

Apartamentos Vista Alegre Mallorca
"Spent 5 nights here over the New Year holiday. Stayed in a 2 bedroom /2 bathroom apartment that was modern and spacious. Plenty of closet space. Kitchen was minimally equipped with neither a can opener nor bottle opener /cork screw ; only 2 questionably sharp knives and only small plates. As we planned to cook several meals this required us buying our own. Sound proofing needs to be improved as we could hear every step, door opening and conversation of our neighbors both above and next to us. Pool was beautiful but supposed to be heated and was too cold to enjoy. Despite all of this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would likely stay here again."
HSM Calas Park
"I had such a great experience on Calas park, our room was spotless, the service and food is just amazing, all day long basically, all inclusive included beers all day long. But what surprised me the most was the staff, there were all super polite and entertaining. I would like to mention some of their names but unfortunately I've forgotten. I will deff come back"
Hotel Club Cala Romani
"Great place never been to a place so clean fresh bedding and towels every day ive stayed in 5 star hotels that dont do that staff are amazing helpful the manager spent time talking to us food was good to be fair overall cant fault our stay the staff really do work hard One comment really should have the upstairs bar open all the time as we liked to sit on the sun terrace and it was a bit of a walk to go and get drinks Had a really nice holiday"
Hotel Castell Dels Hams
"Yes the reviews you’ve already read suggest this a predominantly French guest hotel, however there are dozens of different European guests also staying here and the staff do speak very good English in the main. We encountered no difficulties understanding the hotel and what was on offer each day which included entertainment throughout the daytime and into the night. The free shuttle to Porto Cristo was great and not restricted at all, just pick the time you want to go and come back and be there on time and you’ve got no problems, the QR code by reception to use this service works really well and you can select English to make its use even easier. Food was good with a decent selection to keep everyone happy, we did eat out at Porto Cristo a few times to break up the holiday as with only one restaurant it can be a bit repetitive. Sun-beds were excellent in quality and there is plenty of them with virtually no one needing to get up early to reserve them, not once did we have any trouble getting our spot each day. The hotel is very clean throughout, our only gripe which echos some other reviews are the rooms aren’t very well soundproofed and we had some very noisy neighbours check in on our last night."
Blau Punta Reina
"We had an amazing stay at Blau Punta Reina and it was even better than we expected. I have to say a special thank you to ChatGPT for recommending this resort to us—it was truly the best recommendation among all the hotels we looked at in Mallorca! Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the entire hotel was spotless, and the facilities were outstanding. There are several beautiful swimming pools, including fantastic pools and water play areas for children, which made our son so happy. The food was exceptional, with a huge variety and plenty of choices every day. Everything was fresh, well organized, and very clean. Our room was lovely, the views were absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made this the perfect place to relax. This resort exceeded all of our expectations. We created wonderful family memories here, and we are already looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you to everyone at Blau Punta Reina for such a wonderful holiday! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
HSM Canarios Park
"Overall good, there's parking outside, four swimming pools, and plenty of sun loungers, and they don't take reservations. The food was good, just a minor complaint about the live cooking...otherwise, it was like any other hotel. The all-inclusive package was very good, with no queues and generous portions. The staff were very professional and friendly. (10) Overall, very good."
Apartamentos Sol Romántica by Dot Suites
"Perfect location, as the property is ideally situated for reaching the island's most beautiful beaches. It's also an hour from the airport and Palma de Mallorca, and an hour and a half from some of the island's picturesque towns in the north. Very clean. Furthermore, (which is not a given for an apartment) towels, sheets, and kitchen towels were changed regularly. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It has a large private parking lot, more than enough to accommodate guests' cars."
Globales Samoa
"I went to this lovely hotel twice in May (6 times in total) first time with friends and then returning solo. Both time were fabulous (as we're the previous times). The location is superb, the food good and the entertainment excellent, the animation team worked so hard and made sure people had a good time. All the staff from reception to bar to restaurant were friendly and attentive."
AluaSun Cala Antena - All Inclusive
"For a 3 star hotel, you get extremely good food, the staff are helpful, entertainment team are superb. There was never a long wait to get drinks, mixed well with skill and friendly staff. Rooms were as expected, clean tidy and aircon worked well. Enough room at the pool for all whom wanted beds etc. No issues to report at all"
Reserva Rotana Golf Resort
"We had a lovely stay at La Reserva Rotana. The history and beauty of the old farmhouse property is preserved, but we felt comfortable in our room and enjoyed the pool and lovely breakfast patio and restaurant. Wish we had time to enjoy the golf course as well! The entire staff was friendly, and had plenty of tips for the stay."
Insotel Cala Mandia Resort
"Definitely not a four star hotel ! Too big and too noisy! Rude receptionist on arrival. We were a family group of eight and it took forty minutes to check in. No help with luggage available and no trolleys available. Given wrong room allocations and two rooms not ready. Lifts regularly out of order. Rooms poorly planned and only superficially clean. Very good hairdryer in situ. Plenty of towels in bathroom and changed daily . Had to pay for use of safe in room however. No pillow or mattress protectors in situ . Three of our party of eight returned with bites from possible bed bugs! Food readily available in large quantities , but not of good quality. No fresh juices available. Main pool closed for two days during our stay because of faecal contamination. Whilst I am grateful the hotel regularly checked the water quality it did not exactly inspire you to use the pool with things like this happening. Aqua aerobic classes were excellent and I particularly enjoyed Victoria’s classes , The evening entertainment fell short! Plenty of loungers, but not necessarily in the shade. Staff generally are mixed. Some very helpful and some absolutely not! The Italian restaurant on site was absolutely abysmal with rude and unhelpful staff and dreadful food , some of which we couldn’t even eat ! Cumin or curry powder in lasagne and spaghetti bolognese is a new one for me! Undoubtably the worst lasagne I have ever had anywhere. Rowena a drinks waitress ( because the drinks machines were not working ) was the exception . She was hardworking and extremely nice. The female manager on arrival was particularly difficult and rude. The restaurant had very few people present so there was no reason why we should have been treated as we were or why they got the food orders incorrect. . They were just not interested ! If you want a noisy overcrowded hotel with plenty of water activities and mediocre food and rooms then it’s suitable , but we will never be returning."
Hotel Palia Maria Eugenia
"My boyfriend and I booked this holiday through Loveholidays, and unfortunately our experience did not match the expectations created by the listing. The images used to advertise the hotel primarily featured the VIP rooms and exclusive pool areas, which were a significant factor in our decision to book. However, there was no clear indication that these photographs depicted upgraded VIP facilities. Had this been made clear, we would have considered paying for the upgrade. Instead, we were allocated a standard room with access only to the main pool, rather than the VIP facilities shown in the advertisement. Given the price we paid, this was disappointing, as the listing created an expectation that was not reflected in the accommodation we received. To be clear, this is not a criticism of the hotel itself. The hotel is well maintained, the staff are welcoming, and the surrounding area offers plenty to see and do. Our concern is with the way the property was presented on Loveholidays, as we feel the advertising was misleading. We would encourage anyone booking through Loveholidays to carefully verify that the photographs and facilities shown correspond to the room category they are selecting."
