"Excellent value for money. Booked a standard double & we were given a complimentary upgrade to a room with a beautiful view over the harbour & free mini bar (water, beers, soft drinks & snacks). The room was spacious & tastefully decorated with fridge, kettle, tea coffee. The staff were very friendly, we arrived late and were given glass of fizz on check in which was a nice touch. The hotel was fairly quiet being end of September so lots of space around the pool. The bali beds were great & always available, hotel provides pool towels. Food & drink reasonably priced for hotel, the pizza was excellent. Breakfast was great, eggs cooked fresh to order. Never had to wait for a table. Entertainment on various nights. Bus stops are right outside hotel although we didn't use public transport as we only stayed a few days but looked easy to access other resorts. Sits at the top of a slight hil, hence views,l but there are steps down to the harbour. All in all would recommend for the price paid."

"I went to Rafa Nadal Academy just by myself to have padel classes and enjoy some quality time. I felt really good! The padel classes were very good but the hotel exceed my expectations! The bedroom is super comfortable and spacious and the shower is very good. The spa is excellent, nice low light environment, very calm, with small pools differing in temperature, nice sauna and Turkish bath. I made several wellness treatments and I particular liked the beauty ones for the face 😍 The hotel has different restaurants named by the grand slams 😀 I had dinner every night and sometimes lunch, in the buffet one on the lobby level, I think it's the US open or Roland Garros... Anyway... The food was so good that even playing 3 hours of padel per day and making some gym trainings I got some weight on 😅 it's really good! And the waiters are so kind and friendly that I felt like being at home! I never felt alone! By the opposite, I felt secure and truly happy to have this time for myself! Can't wait to go back!"

"I don't normal write reviews of hotels, but I just got back from the Rural Son Mas with my children, and I was so impressed with the hotel I wanted to write a review. From the minute we arrived, everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The building itself is beautiful and has been thoughtfully restored. The grounds are phenomenal, and the view from the pool was lovely and so relaxing. Dinner in the evening was cooked to order and was delicious. So was the breakfast. If you are looking for a charming, family orientated hotel which is non corporate and very personal, I would totally recommend the Son Mas. We can't wait to return."

"The hotel is lovely, and a great setting/views. Animation team are brilliant, cannot fault the team. They work hard and are great entertainment. It was our boys birthday and they all sang happy birthday and got him a little present. Sweetest gesture. The Lion King show was absolutely brilliant, well done! Dennis the customer relations guy is really good and very helpful. All the hotel staff are very good. The pools are cold, but once your in, you get use to it. Always sun beds available, though it did get busier so can’t imagine this place in the height of summer! Negative - water park is height restricted and no where did it say this. We had a very upset boy. Height for slides is 1.2 meters. Sea views are amazing. Food was ok, quite repetitive but there was always plenty of food and we made do with our fussy children. Token for a drink system was a bit of a surprise but we get it, helps keep the place tidy so no plastic cups laying around everywhere. Negative - The photography on site - very expensive and very pushy! Shame… Rooms - one bedroom sea view apartment. 2 singles in bedroom pushed together, and sofa bed in living area. Suitable, and worked for family of four. View was incredible to wake up to every morning! Cleaned daily and fresh towels when required. Beaches walking distance, best beach being Cala anglia which was a little further about 25 min walk along the coastal pathway. Would highly recommend this hotel and would go again. (But not in the height of summer, the place can hold A LOT of people!)"

"Fantastic trip with family we have just returned from a weeks stay in this lovely place ! We were previously booked into another hotel but was changed due to hotel not being available so glad as this place was in perfect setting our apartment was allocated on the 5th floor and baloney was on back road so got sun till late afternoon. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful,rooms are spotless very spacious well equipped if you want to eat in . Bathroom is huge so you’re not in a small space to get ready. The pool area is lovely and was never crowded. We would definitely recommend it to anyone whom wants to be in the marina area close to other restaurants the views are amazing. Very cosmopolitan place it definitely brings people back to the hotel as there was a few repeat visitors. Definitely worth a visit!"

"The single room with a balcony in the main building was fantastic, and the staff were very attentive. However, for my last night's extension, I couldn't get the same room type, so I had to change rooms. They moved me to the annex, which was really bad. There was constant machine noise before 8 PM, and it had been going on since I moved in at 11 AM. The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear everything the neighbors were saying, as if we were in the same room. I've attached a video so you can hear it. Please consider booking the annex if you're unsure."

"Lift broke and it was really difficult and hot to wait for lifts with a pushchair and suitcases. We were floor 7 so a long walk up those stairs! People were very selfish with sun loungers! Food was lovely, staff were lovely, nice drinks and relaxing. Lovely area we also went to Cala D’Or for the day which was lovely."

"I was truly surprised. While it's true that in Mallorca it's rare to find accommodation that isn't top-quality, this one exceeded my expectations. It's located east-facing, facing the port, so you can see the sunrise from your window. The apartment had everything you needed for a pleasant stay: a private bathroom, a kitchen with a microwave, a large, comfortable bed, a spacious balcony with a table, four chairs, and two sun loungers, etc. Perhaps I would have missed a kettle and better soundproofing at the entrance to the apartment. The staff was very friendly and attentive."

"One of the worst resorts I’ve ever stayed in. Stayed twice before and it was fine. Never again!! We left after 1 day. Never would return again. Food - 2/10 - Limited choice, everything luke warm, tables left uncleaned. Room - 3/10 - Smelly, damaged, air con non-existent. Stayed in Area A. Condition of hotel - 3/10 - Dated, dirty and falling apart. Entertainment - 1/10 - Overcrowded, no seating. Pool - 8/10 - Great kid’s water park. Couldn’t even contact TUI as there was not representatives and the app didn’t work. Not impressed! They cannot claim this hotel is a 4 star. 3 star at very best!"
