"There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room, the hotel did not have slippers, we asked for water but it came to the room after 1 day of asking, we asked for ironing service because supposedly this hotel is a chain hotel, they say they will send the iron to you, I was only satisfied with the room service, the food was brought to my room, the hotel has a chain name but there is no institutionalization, if I knew I would never stay there, it needs to be renovated urgently in terms of staff and management….."
