The room is very comfortable and clean we booked family room , there have living room and two bedrooms!

The room is good for families. However, the cleanliness is not that good. They did not clean the room properly. The telephone wire in the room is also broken. We had to fix it ourself to call the reception. Overall, travelers can stay for the convenience of location.

Check in was a bit slow despite register earlier and finally gotten the keys at 4pm. Room was relatively clean. Easy access, bus bay just directly below hotel. Breakfast was lacking and below average.

Nice and big room… the lobby is spacious… location is perfect… and you can see the sea…

Check in was smooth. Room has many things need done after check in. For eg. 1 room has no remote control, no mosquito control, fridge is emitting heat instead of cold air, entrance door got difficulty to push open, room w queen bed (bidet is leaking water when turn on). Maintenence is prompt thankfully, so no complain. Except didn't got chance to inform of the leaking bidet. Aircon was ok. Not so hot, not so cold. But the cold air don't travel throughout the room, only at specific area. Breakfast at 8am was so so. Not much variety. Family was looking forward to half boiled egg, but by the time, they want, its gone. The topping up is not haste, in general. Not sure, if it is due to manpower. Nasi lemak not enough lemak. Mee tai bak was bland, curry tasted slight diluted. The rest was ok. The coffee machine drinks are excellent, even tho there is 2 machine, the waiting for the drink takes awhile. Which is understable. Check out was smooth. If I'm given a choice to come back. Only for the room as there is privacy. And it's convenient for my mil as she is wheelchaired. As the room is near the lift. Breakfast no.

It’s right beside Mahkota Medical Centre and right next to the pickup point at Hatten Hotel where the coach stops. Great location! Room is clean and nice except the aircon is centralised air conditioning and cannot adjust the temperature. Room is rather warm (around 26 degrees). Requested for a standing fan but it’s not available. Many eateries near the hotel that you can explore

The location is superb! Nearby have an excellent selection of coffee shops n restaurants.

Nice place with convenient location. Nice peranakan displays around the hotel and rooms.

Nearby Jonker Walk, Mahkota Parade & Pahlawan shopping mall. Walk around 5 min to reach. Very convenience.

Perfect location, best place to stay. Walking distance to restaurants and jonker area. Near with EE ejiban chicken rice ball restaurant

Location good,but the bed like no change new a bit smell,i feel a bit not comfortable

Definitely a no for this hotel. I arrived at around 11am and was told to return at 3pm as check-in only begins then. That’s understandable, but the attitude of the check-in staff was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional — no greeting, no smile, just cold and dismissive. Unlike other hotels that usually allow early registration so guests can simply collect their keys later, this hotel made no effort, even though there were no other customers at the time. When I returned at 2:56pm, another staff member told me, "Let me check if the room is available, otherwise I can’t check you in." — Really? Just 4 minutes before the official check-in time? I eventually got the room, but that was just the beginning of the problems. After turning on the air conditioning for over 3 hours, the room remained uncomfortably warm. I contacted the front desk and someone came to check. Even after more than an hour of inspection, the issue wasn’t resolved. I went out for dinner, hoping it would be fixed by the time I returned — but no. The room was still hot. I contacted the front desk again to ask if the technician had left any notes. To my surprise, nothing was recorded. So a second technician came, and I had to explain everything all over again. After another round of checks, they finally agreed to give me a room replacement — at around 9pm. But the replacement room was even worse: 1. The toilet was filthy 2. The wallpaper was peeling and covered in scratches 3. The rack was broken 4. The shampoo and shower gel holders were missing — I had to hold the bottles or place them on the floor while showering This was a truly disappointing and frustrating stay. I deeply regret booking this hotel and will never return. Definitely not recommended.

Hotel is conveniently located near dataran pahlawan, mahkota parade and the bazaar on weekends. Cleanliness upon check in wasnt so great.. they did make up for it after we called and also for the next for days when they did room keeping. No tv signal for throughout the stay. However, wifi was acceptable. Bed and pillows were super comfortable though.

I am super excited to see Estadia Hotel is doing well after more than 1 year not visiting melaka. The room is clean. Bed and pillows are clean and comfy. Toilet is well maintained. Location is superb. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I am thoroughly satisfied. Keep up the good work 👍
