Room bit dated. But major problem, no sound proof at all, as you can clearly hear anything of your neighbour said, also their food smells. Bit overpriced because the location..Any other things as expected; room size, amenities, breakfast quality. Gym no open..

I’m shocked, firstly they gave us a room on the 9 th floor which was rotted to the core (pictures will be provided). Then they gave us another room renovated said by Riyan, he was helpful. The luggage took an hour coming up. Unusual to see, one of my luggage was opened and the lock was inside the suitcase. When I complained, Mr Faisal was most helpful and said he will have the cctv cameras checked. And didn’t get back with me so after hours I spoke to the night manager he said we viewed the cameras, no one had opened the luggage. And in the morning when I asked to view the CCTV footage they said no! It seemed a dull answer! So I got in touch with the Movenpick hotel where we stayed a night too, they still said get a report from the police station and you’re welcome to see the footage! As the last picture we had of the suitcase was taken to show to the uber to show how many pieces we have in that picture it was clearly showed the lock is on! Then in Movenpick we did not open that suitcase and moved to Pullman. Now calling Pullman they kept referring calls, as I explained to the one who I spoke with if Movenpick said it’s okay to view the cctv after the police report, can I view your footage too! They kept refer the call. So I ended up reporting the incident to the Embassy. If this incident has happened to anyone go as far as the headquarters of Pullman, and report it to the Embassy. I’m quite shocked, nothing was taken seriously..! Take care of your luggage please!!!! Regardless it’s locked. The Asian staff are not to be trusted.

I’m very happy with everything great service nice people from start to finish it was a very pleasant stay. ONLY ISSUES IS THE ELEVATOR IS TOO SLOW AND HAS A MIND OF ITS OWN 

This is 2nd time stay in here when Umroh. Really amazing. Staff reception that time so kindly upgrade my room into deluxe. All staff bellboy helpfull. Staff housekeeping fast respons. Sure will come again for next. Thank you Pullman. Love it

Great booking for family especially when travelling together as it’s easy access

The Hajj Moments as i am looking for near Al Haram hotels. Best breakfast spread, the front office was so helpfull as i had few problems with booking apps. All went well. *************. Will repeat again. May Allah invite me again.

Excellent hotel Great location

Awesome location . Rooms could be renovated as they are dated looking . Cooker wasnt working and fridge was not that cold.

Great hotel, service & location overall.. had an upgrade from normal rooms to executive suite.. however, it is located in clock tower where it can be very busy and hectic

Great hotel next to great mosque. There are speakers directly to the imam of haram so you can do prayer without leaving the hotel. Breakfast is so average and the menu tended to be the same everyday. Great view from the room.

It was a great experience with great location.. The food (buffet) was good but I have had better in other hotels.. Overall very good location to haram and good rooms and service

I had a pleasant stay at Pullman Zamzam. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a partial view of the Kaaba which made the experience even more special. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. However, the amenities provided in the room were not complete. Items such as a toothbrush, soap, or comb were not readily available and had to be requested from housekeeping. It would have been more convenient if these essentials were already provided in the room. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this hotel for its great location and quality service.

Perfect location near the Holly mosque with all restaurants and shopping mall in place. Clean room with big TV screen. Breakfast is ordinary for a premium hotel. Check-in was not before 2 30 p.m., which was a little annoying but understandable given how busy it was.

Reception staff very bad as usual, Arabs understand English when they are receiving money but once you have paid then their English disappears and they pretend they are not understanding you which is very cunning behaviour, they think we are stupid but its actually them who are still illiterate and still behave like the people of JAAHILLIYAH, makes me wonder that how hard it must be for our Prophet Muhammad to deal with these JAAHILS of that time. room was very tiny for the high price we had paid. Peace of advice to all visitors that be prepared that you are dealing with ****** regardless of which ever hotel you choose
