Check-out was similarly inefficient, even though we had filled out the express checkout form in advance. Overall, a disappointing experience considering the hotel’s potential."

"View (lvl 8) was amazing, just as advertised. Location was fantastic, close to Seaworld and on the beach. We even saw whales, and the lorrikeets liked to come vitit. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, felt recently updated. I do wish there were doonas rather than just blankets. There were no tea towels or dishcloths so we couldn't clean up after ourselves - maybe an oversight by cleaners. Pool and spa were well maintained."

Couch was soiled and in need of replacement, bathroom had mould in shower, built up dirt and dust on walls behind the toilet, cracked kitchen tiles, damaged walls. Mattress gave me a sore shoulder. Everything is substandard, including the woman on front reception who was most unwelcoming and had no interest in why I was checking out a day early. Never again."

They are the most insolent and derisive people we have ever come across with any apartment we have ever booked. But like they replied to previous reviews, "we don't care what people say about us"."

"Thhe apartment was very spacious, bigger than places we have stayed at before. It was clean and had all the modern appliances to make it very comfortable. Perfect location to shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely going back again!"

"Fabulous stay. Extremely well equipped apartment...even had weighing scales! 2 bed 2 bath and very spacious. Very comfortable and a real home from home. Helpful, friendly reception. Pleasant pool and BBQ area. Main Beach is a very upmarket area and Tedder Avenue is the main drag and literally minutes from the apartment, as is the beach in the other direction. It's about a 30 minute flat, paved walk along the beach path to Surfers Paradise. The location was perfect. It was relatively quiet although there is a major building project just down the road that looks like it will be ongoing for a while yet. However you don't expect to come to the Gold Coast without finding active building projects!! We would definitely stay here again if in the area."
