Excellent hotel, cozy atmosphere, nice decoration. Would prefer to stay again if we visit Madurai again

The person at the front desk, Akash, is very cooperative and helpful.

The breakfast is plentiful, transportation is convenient, and there is a shopping mall nearby. Take a break from your busy schedule and stop in Madurai to enjoy the slow pace of Indian life. The temple is not far away; you can take an Auto taxi for 150 rupees directly there.

Enjoyed the stay at JC Residency,Madurai. Beautiful interior,ambience,creative and vintage feel. Polite staff. Mr.Aakash, Arun Varsha,because of them my check in and check out was smooth. Vasant and Nagalaxmi were also polite. Food also good. Staff is good in hospitality. I just loved my room. Overall good experience.keep up good work.

The Location was very central. The atmosphere was very nice with many people from different backgrounds. We were warmly welcomed by Jasmine mam. Varsha and Akash gave us excellent advice at reception. I particularly appreciated the service provided by manager Arunraj, who even called us because we almost missed dinner. He kept the evening buffet open longer especially for us, which I thought was extremely kind. The rooms were exceptionally clean and It was quiet while we slept. Room service was also good. We also had our laundry done. We found the services to be good. Mala served us very well at breakfast. It's worth the money. I can recommend this hotel.

If you have Meenakshi Amman Temple visit in your itinerary and want a luxury stay, I would recommend JC Residency. The entrance looks normal, but as soon as you are in, you get the feel of that luxurious wooden decor everywhere. The lobby has a large wooden Chess Board where me and my son played a game. Floors are carpeted. Rooms are well decorated and have a premium feeling. Swimming pool has a tree overshadowing it and hence you will find lot of leaves in it, nothing bad, but looks like uncleaned. I saw them cleaning religiously in the morning. Sleep is a bit disturbed by nearby guests as their talks could be heard in our room. Rest everything was comfortable. The place is just 3 Km from Temple. Breakfast was complimentary and very well stacked with multiple options. Staff is courteous and well mannered. Recommend for family stay

I had awesome experience...I came madurai for pilgrimage and I was also keen to have luxurious vacation type stay.... JC residency is rich in heritage and have sophisticated ambience and have stunning interiors for great photos particular mention is jhoola..terrace garden...etc Had good time at pool to refresh ourselves at last part of our trip.... Suthakar v kavitha were very helpful in restaurant as my parents are old and need support Arun Raj manager was also so helpful in explaining the delicacies how they were made as veg was our preference....😊
