"The hotel has a fantastic location—just a 3–4 minute walk from Madurai Railway Junction and within walking distance of major temples. There are plenty of restaurants and food options nearby, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of south Indian dishes that were excellent ( Pongal, Dosai, Idly, Vadai, Puri, Coffe, tea, Fruits, Cornflakes, Sweet etc. All were provided). Rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, but the size was a major concern. For a family suite with an extra mattress, the space felt very cramped—there was barely any room to walk around once the mattress was added. The bathroom was also quite small, which made it less comfortable for a family stay. Overall, while the cleanliness was good, the room size did not match the premium price we paid. Another inconvenience was the single small lift that could only accommodate 3–4 people at a time—carrying luggage meant waiting longer. Overall, while the location, cleanliness, and breakfast were great, the price does not justify the room size and amenities. If you’re looking for convenience and good food options, this hotel works well, but be prepared for limited space and a higher price point. This is the only reason for 3 stars. Else wud have given 5"

The hotel’s natural beauty is simply breathtaking—it truly feels like heaven. We were delighted to see peacocks all around the property, which added a unique charm to our stay. My family, especially my children, thoroughly enjoyed being so close to nature. The dining experience was outstanding. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all offered a wide variety of delicious and high-quality options catering to every taste. Restaurant Service Manager Noor and Rajkumar took exceptional care of us, ensuring comfort and personalized attention throughout our meals. The food was consistently excellent and perfectly fulfilled our family’s preferences. A special highlight was my daughter’s birthday celebration, which the hotel made truly memorable with thoughtful arrangements. At checkout, Mr. Peter, the General Manager, personally interacted with us, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a relaxing and unforgettable 2-day stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madurai."

"Poor quality about everything you can think of. Right from the time you enter the place, you enter the room, you encounter poor quality, furniture, linen, bathrooms, AC, kitchen. We had to tell them to change the dirty pillow covers, no amenities in the bathroom, not even hand wash. It is so called service apartment, but they don’t even have any plates or cutlery. I have never experienced such kind of place, with utter unprofessional services. I really wonder how come they have been onboarded by various platforms. "

"What's stay in my life why because ac is not properly maintened tv have not recharged bed is not clean even parking is very big joke you have to travel around 100 to 150 m for parking then you have to work all ***** the way and also no one is polite employees are very worst all three third rated persons are working there as employee if you call them for service and they will be give you water bottle next day morning only at the night you will be joking and the same room that's what this people i strongly suggest don't go on the hotel and and one more thing every hotel prepare at breakfast 7 o'clock or 7:30 this guys are preparing the breakfast at 8:30 and the closing at 9:30am. Have state in many hotels but others but this is my worst experience corporate stay"
