"The hotel has a fantastic location—just a 3–4 minute walk from Madurai Railway Junction and within walking distance of major temples. There are plenty of restaurants and food options nearby, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of south Indian dishes that were excellent ( Pongal, Dosai, Idly, Vadai, Puri, Coffe, tea, Fruits, Cornflakes, Sweet etc. All were provided). Rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, but the size was a major concern. For a family suite with an extra mattress, the space felt very cramped—there was barely any room to walk around once the mattress was added. The bathroom was also quite small, which made it less comfortable for a family stay. Overall, while the cleanliness was good, the room size did not match the premium price we paid. Another inconvenience was the single small lift that could only accommodate 3–4 people at a time—carrying luggage meant waiting longer. Overall, while the location, cleanliness, and breakfast were great, the price does not justify the room size and amenities. If you’re looking for convenience and good food options, this hotel works well, but be prepared for limited space and a higher price point. This is the only reason for 3 stars. Else wud have given 5"

"The Hotel is very near to Madurai Jn.Rly Stn. on the Town Hall Rd. Uniquee place to stay. very clean hotel. The behavior of hotel staff is excellent. The only problem I faced was the restaurant. But there is one Punjabi restaurant 100 meters away, which serves all types of very good quality food. Meenakshi Amman Temple is walking distance &can be gone by Rickshaw or Auto Rickshaw. Overall, my stay at the hotel Mani's Residency was excellent & very good experience. I suggest tourists to try the hotel."

"Great hotel. We arrived after 10 pm, but were still able to eat in the restaurant. Check-in went smoothly, and after check-out, we were able to store our luggage and use the pool in the afternoon. The pool area is fantastic, with sun loungers in the shade, restrooms/changing rooms, and an idyllic outdoor setting. Unfortunately, we had to leave too early to have dinner again, as the selection between the main meal times was very limited."
