服務人員還貼心的夜床服務並送上歐舒丹的護手霜～很不錯～
房間有贈送免費的礦泉水～
唯一不足就是從酒店出來通往路邊的街道一股尿騷味…十分噁心～（酒店大門在巷子裏面）

我們定了兩間房，第一個房間床單很臟，換了一個房間地面又是臟的。第二個房間的燒水壺裡麪的水是上一個房間留下的也沒清理。總之衞生很差，酒店大堂挺漂亮。

I have traveled on business and we have taken family trips to many places (last forty years) across USA, Costa Rica, Mexico, Europe and Asia. Some stays were very long on business. No where have we experienced the consistency for a week of excellent hospitality - the breakfast was a treat; dinner two evenings during our stay satisfied our vegetarian palette. The concierge team was attentive to our needs and were there whenever we needed their support. House keeping with cleanup and turn down reflected the hotel way of delivering quality service. The leader for the operations at the hotel and the front desk Jorge Garcia told me they make it part of their hiring process, to get people with a passion for delivering high quality service with congeniality and a smile. We felt at home with the Gran Hotel Inglés Dream Team present to make our stay a memorable one. Looking forward to future trips to Madrid. The hotel is located perfectly for easy walking to sightseeing, restaurants and multiple squares for sitting down for a gelato, or Churro with chocolate sauce!

This is a great option if you are looking for a hotel located in the Barrio de las Letras. The location is close to all major attractions: Prado Museum, Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, Retiro Park or Gran Via and it is the city's oldest luxury hotel, frequented by famous writers such as Virginia Woolf or Benito Perez Galdos. We loved the way they refurbished the hotel, the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the excellent quality of the breakfast and the hospitality of the staff, always warm and helpful. As for the downsizes: -the street on which the hotel is located is not as squeaky-clean as you would expect for a 5* hotel (probabily due to the fact that there are some bars close by and also an ongoing construction site) -the Sisley Spa is not a spa per se, it has a small massage room and the massage was nothing exceptional. Overall it was a nice experience and we would consider staying here again.
