Good hotel, but the furnitures are old. The service is fantastic. The location is near by many attractions.

Wondeful

When booking, I requested a twin room, but it was on the top floor, with a sloping roof, poor lighting, and uncomfortable space. The next day, I asked for a different room, but they didn't have one, and then they said there was one on the first floor, which was barely ok, but the windows were not big, and I couldn't stretch my head straight on the windowsill. The hotel door was facing the trash can, and there was always a bad smell, and flies were always flying around. The hotel is in a good location, right outside the pedestrian street, very lively

The room was very quiet, with the air conditioner on, no noise at all. Great.

Good location, within walking distance of Plaza Madrid, etc. The house is more than 100 years old, and the hotel is quite charming. My apartment is a loft, with a balcony where I can stand outside and see the scenery outside and the bustling crowd downstairs. The hotel breakfast is delicious

The location of the room is very good. It is very close to Plaza del Sol and Plaza Mayor. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The breakfast is delicious and has a lot of variety.
