The room is very big. I booked it early, more than a month in advance, and it is very cost-effective. It is 500 meters away from Chamartin Railway Station, but it is not noisy at all. Free mineral water is provided. I brought my own small water quality tester to test the tap water. The quality is the same as that of domestic filtered drinking water. After going out of the gate, cross the road and walk forward 100 or 200 meters to a shopping supermarket with a conspicuous sign with a string of green letters. It has basically everything you need for food and daily necessities.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was next to the train station which helped us get to the train quickly. However it is a ways from the downtown area with shopping and palace,, Taxi is needed. The staff in the bar area was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Good Wi Fi. Highly recommended.

It’s a good place for family to stay a bit far from city centre but if you use commute trains it only takes 15 minutes. Would love to stay again in the future.

This is my favorite hotel in Madrid. Although I only stayed for one night, I will come again next time.
The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean, tidy and high-end. There are many loving details, such as the tape-shaped chocolate on the pillow, the flower cards, biscuits and fruits on the coffee table, and you can scan the code to play music while taking a shower.
The bed has good support and the pillow is very comfortable. I feel very happy when I sleep after staying up late to work overtime. In addition, leather shoe wiping sponges, slippers and other utensils are provided. There is also a USB port at the head of the bed, but the charging seems a bit slow.
Breakfast is on the basement floor. There are freshly made hot food, cold dishes and drinks, which are relatively rich.
