I want to be completely honest with this review, as I believe it's essential to share my experience to prevent others from going through the same thing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an unpleasant atmosphere due to a strong odor permeating the entire hotel, which was unbearable and gave a feeling of unhygienic conditions. However, the most disappointing aspect was the staff's attitude: far from being friendly or helpful, they displayed an arrogance and lack of professionalism that made guests feel like inconveniences rather than customers. This combination of an uncomfortable environment and rude treatment means I cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances. There are many better options where guests are truly valued.

Right next to the Atocha train station, just a five or six minute walk away.
Music Hotel, the overall decoration style and facilities are very harmonious with the music style! There is a piano in the lobby for guests to play, and there is a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom that can be directly connected.
The room is quite large, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the front desk service is also very nice
