來之前我做了攻略
説是古堡酒店 價格3000左右
默認為不會太差了
結果到了跟災難一樣 我們定的是行政房有景觀的那種
把我們分配到五樓（最高層）樓頂 我和我老公一進去就要求換房間（一股嚴重的狐臭味道 實在受不了）服務員説衹有二間這樣房型 飛了15小時 也確實無力反抗了 就住下了
我在吐槽一下具體內容 床是絕對不行的 二個軟度不一致的床拼接在一起的 我們睡了二天加上長途飛機身體是劇痛的 水衹有一瓶 每天
因為這個酒店討厭馬德里 也討厭攜程
我和攜程反應了這個情況 攜程回覆已經住的所以沒有辦法 （我個人認為這種管理方式是無比落後和不負責任 也值得管理者深思的 如果所有的邏輯是因為已經消費了 無計可施 那麼貴平台不是偏向的信任騙取媽）

預訂3人間，實際給的是雙人間，現場協商表示三人間跟雙人間是一樣規格，但是房間非常小且無第三張床，協商退1人款項，攜程也遲遲不回覆，一直拖着直到退房。攜程與酒店都給差評且不會再預訂，未來衹會選擇**。

This is a beautiful small hotel in a great location on a city residential street but very close to major streets and transport options. The bar is small but beautiful and there is ample additional seating in the lobby. The restaurant is excellent, both for breakfast and for dinner. And our room was spacious, well appointed and beautifully decorated in a cozy, classic style. Definitely the right place for an autumn stay! The staff is very accommodating, especially the young man who was manning the bar and the bell staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We celebrated our wedding at Hotel Orfila and I can give only one reason for the stressfree joy we felt: Carlota and her team. The Hotel is a beauty where every detail is tended to, but it was thanks to her that we felt secure enough to organise a wedding in Madrid from Ireland while also receiving pleople from 8 other different countries. Her kindness, warmth and planning skills made the entire process a delight and we shall centainly be ccelebrating many anniversaries there.

Second visit to this hotel and this visit was as great as the first. Rooms are large with a bed that makes it difficult to leave. Bathroom is lovely with a very nice shower. Breakfast is fabulous with the freshest fruit and several to order options. Hotel Orfila's location is great with easy access to many must see locations. What makes this hotel so memorable is the level of service from the entire staff. They truly care about their guests and do everything to make your stay a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back for another visit!!

An excellent boutique hotel in a great location, with a very helpful and friendly team. I arrived very early in the day, and since my room was not yet available, I was offered a complimentary breakfast—a gesture I truly appreciated, especially after having to get up at 4:30 am. The room was spacious and comfortable. I had read in a previous review that someone found the hotel “very noisy,” with poor sound isolation. I’m happy to report that this was not at all my experience—quite the opposite. My dinner at the restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Overall, I would describe the hotel as having understated luxury and charm. I would definitely return and stay here again. If you are looking for a quiet, romantic place, with truly personable attention to your comfort, look no further. However, if you need to have a Spa and the latest gym equipment, you might consider other options.
