The location of the hotel is okay. It's not far from the subway. It's very convenient to walk there. The room is also quite big and very clean. Not far from the airport either. It's just automatic check-in, which is really troublesome. Ctrip also has no obligation to inform. You must follow the website prompts and step-by-step instructions to register, passport, and other information to get the room number and so on. Remember to click check out on your mobile phone when checking out, otherwise 30 euros may be deducted. The hotel itself is pretty good. It would be better if Ctrip would give tips on the check-in process.

Estadia razoável.
Achei eficiente o sistema de check in, checkout e o acesso ao prédio e apartamento. Todavia ao tentar diversas vezes o contato por telefone não fui atendido. Caso ocorra uma emergência, não há uma forma para ser atendido. Outro aspecto insatisfatório foi a má limpeza do quarto e banheiro quando chegamos. Não consegui reclamar ao administrador. Todavia recebi uma mensagem automática oferecendo manutenção do Apt mediante pagamento. Além disso, no banheiro não havia toalha de rosto e um tapete na frente do box do chuveiro. Dessa forma, após o banho a gente saía do box do chuveiro e pisava no chão frio.

Il n'y a pas eu de séjour, j'ai réservé et payé le 12 janvier pour le 5/6 février. Je n'ai reçu aucun code en lettres, seulement une série de n=°, résultat , nous n'avons pu entrer, quand aux codes en 4 chiffres, ils ne servent à rien !
Je suis extrèmement mécontent, nous avons du prendre un autre hôtel après avoir failli dormir dans la rue, nous avons 80 et 81 ans et ne supportons pas ce genre de plaisanterie.
J'exige un remboursement !
