The location is good, quiet surrounding environment. It was a little bit tricky to find the reception when it is dark. There is no reception sign, which caused some confusion. Parking is easy, but it is some distance to the room. Overall, good experience.

the air conditioner in the room was not working properly. making loud noises. they had a fan in the room. had to sue that instead. luckily weather was not too hot. room was old, bed was too soft for my liking. service was good, receptionist was helpful. but got loud knocks on the door at 9am asking if i needed housekeeping on the day i was checking out. which wasn’t very pleasant.

We had a great stay. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Here is my favourite hotel. Because there are nature and calm around hotel. Hotel is very clean and amazing

Had a change of schedule so called ahead as I needed to find out if I could store a bag there. The receptionist said there were some rooms available now and I was given early access. The first room I was in had sound on the tv but no picture so I was immediately moved to another room with absolutely no trouble. The reception area now has complimentary coffee for guests which was an absolute life saver. I have always enjoyed my stays here as it is lovely and quiet and most rooms open on to the grassed area near the lake. The room has everything you need if working in a laptop and is well set up with a great shower and shampoo, conditioner and bodywash supplied. Could not fault the service and stay often. Parking is limited near reception area but there is plenty of parking behind reception within a short walking distance and is free.

Clean bed and clean bathroom. The bed sheets were actually pretty comfortable.

The towels smells so bad, it feels not have been washed properly or not being used ashing powders and liquid detergents.

Nice and Friendly staff, great location within Macquarie University. Nice environment with view of the lake, close to Macquarie Shopping Centre within few minutes walk, Bathroom a bit small especially bathtub. Smart TV available. Room is considered big and spacious.
